U.S. Bank National Association, of Salt Lake City, Utah, sold the home at 95 Plain View Drive to Michael and Carolyn Boyle, of Palm Coast, for $105,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,524 square feet of living area. Home previously sold in 2006 for $197,500.

Federal National Mortgage Association, of Dallas, Texas, sold the home at 63 Palm Lane to Patrick and Carolynn Corday, of Palm Coast, for $187,050. Built in 1997, it has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a swimming pool and 1,919 square feet of living area. Home previously sold in 2002 for $150,500.

Cypress Knoll

Michael and Hui O’Connor, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 66 Eagle Harbor Trail to Lauri and Timothy Johnson, of Palm Coast, for $310,000. Built in 1999, it has five bedrooms, three bathrooms, a fireplace, swimming pool, spa, storage building and 2,895 square feet of living area. Home previously sold in 1999 for $165,900.

Anthony Kubon, of Palatine, Illinois, sold the home at 10 Ebb Tide Drive to Earnie and Kathleen Waters, of Palm Coast, for $246,500. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a swimming pool and 2,176 square feet of living area.

Raymond Hodge, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 47 Bracken Lane to Carletto Estate Properties, Inc., of Huntington Bay, New York, for $130,000. Built in 1989, it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,497 square feet of living area. Home previously sold in 2002 for $83,000.

Allan and Frances Thompson, of Decatur, Georgia, sold the home at 44 Barkley Lane to Russell and Claire Grim, of Oakville, Connecticut, for $240,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a swimming pool and 1,925 square feet of living area. Home previously sold in 2005 for $261,400.

Marion Rodman, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 71 Bennett Lane to Patrick and Joanna Finn, of Wildomar, California, for $210,000. Built in 1993, it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a swimming pool and 2,056 square feet of living area.

Jerold and Amber Ogert, of Chesapeake, Virginia, sold the home at 146 Boulder Rock Drive to Laurie Durmaz, of Palm Coast, for $225,000. Built in 1989, it has three bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a swimming pool and 2,391 square feet of living area. Home previously sold in 2004 for $210,000.

Jean Zappulla, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 59 Ryder Drive to Donna Sherwood and Linda Parra, of Palm Coast, for $185,000. Built in 1991, it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a swimming pool and 1,683 square feet of living area. Home previously sold in 2006 for $238,000.

David Jeckovich, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 55 Powder Horn Drive to Sera and Howard Harris, of Williston Park, New York, for $218,000. Built in 2001, it has four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a swimming pool, spa and 2,172 square feet of living area. Home previously sold in 2008 for $257,000.
