Asta Sites sold the home at 31 Beauford Lane to Pamela and Harvey Francis, of Palm Coast, for $134,001. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,365 square feet of living area. Previously sold in 2011 for $114,500.

Crosswinds West

Douglas and Cathy Meyer, of Grays River, Washington, sold the home at 208 Bridle Path Lane to David Euson, of Ormond Beach, for $335,000. Built in 1982, it has four bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a fireplace, spa, swimming pool and 3,048 square feet of living area. Previously sold in 2002 for $235,000.

Gerald and Marion Vakasy, of Youngstown, Ohio, sold the home at 45 Edward Drive to Radmila Janjic, of Palm Coast, for $242,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a swimming pool and 2,055 square feet of living area.

Gregory and Marilyn Sanders, of Ormond Beach, sold the home at 25 Emerald Lane to Kevin and Krista Walbert, of Flagler Beach, for $165,000. Built in 2002, it has four bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,777 square feet of living area. Originally sold in 2002 for $136,000.

Charles and Kathleen Krug, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 12 Eagle Place to David and Janis York, of Palm Coast, for $184,000. Built in 1993, it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fireplace and 1,674 square feet of living area. Previously sold in 2009 for $150,000.

Morris and Rebecca Beavers, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 2 Bristol Drive to Lorraine Raver and William Marsh, of Palm Coast, for $279,000. Built in 1988, it has three bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and 1,906 square feet of living area. Previously sold in 2012 for $219,500.

Kenneth and Mary Hayward, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 56 Smith Trail to Gail Nadeau, of Rye, New Hampshire, for $232,500. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spa and 2,021 square feet of living area. Originally sold in 2004 for $192,500.
