Grand Haven

Joan and Bradford Crockett, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 12 Shinnecock Drive to Constance Smouse and Costantino Sarni, of Trant Woods, North Carolina, for $290,000. Built in 2001, it has four bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a fireplace and 2,304 square feet of living area. Originally sold in 2001 for $208,600.

William Jenkins, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 3 Deerfield Court to Jeffrey and Wanda Bowman, of Waleska, Georgia, for $242,000. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a swimming pool, spa, summer kitchen and 1,640 square feet of living area. Previously sold in 2013 for $215,000.

Donald and Geraldine Lancto, of New Bern, North Carolina, sold the home at 71 Waterside Parkway N. to Walter and Jeanne Reed, of Palm Coast, for $202,500. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,763 square feet of living area. Previously sold in 2013 for $157,000.

Gloria Nieminen and Steven Nieminen, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 220 Beechwood Lane to Paul Bohnenkamper, of Palm Coast, for $156,000. Built in 1993, it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fireplace and 1,727 square feet of living area.
