Gary Northrip, of Deltona, sold the home at 1127 Lancewood Drive to Brandy Eatman, of Bunnell, for $75,000. Built in 1997, it has two bedrooms, one bathroom and 1,012 square feet of living area. Previously sold in 2005 for $139,900.

Fuquay

Norman and Jane Liebow, of Rockville, Maryland, sold the home at 2023 Flagler Ave. S. to Donald and Marian Davis, of Johnson City, Tennessee, for $380,000. Built in 1990, it has five bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, a fireplace and 2,580 square feet of living area. Previously sold in 1996 for $99,500.

James Cook, of Molalla, Oregon, sold the home at 4 Players Circle to Peter and Karen Sirbu, of Daytona Beach, for $375,000. Built in 2000, it has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a swimming pool, spa, fireplace and 2,232 square feet of living area.

Kerry Jacobsen, of DeLand, sold the home at 29 Village Parkway N. to James and Amanda McGovern, of Palm Coast, for $293,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, two bathrooms and 2,441 square feet of living area.

Alva Whitney, Annette Rahn and Sandra Stern sold the home at 11 Players Court to Sidney Rogers and Anne Rogers, of Palm Coast, for $290,000. Built in 1998, it has four bedrooms, three bathrooms and 2,727 square feet of living area. Previously sold in 198 for $223,800.

Vadim Milis and Irina Milis sold the home at 93 Universal Trail to Angela and Brian Ziegenfuss, of Ormond Beach, for $195,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a fireplace and 2,973 square feet of living area. Previously sold in 2005 for $242,900.

Harold and Paula Creticos, of Ormond Beach, sold the home at 18 Kalamazoo Trail to William McFarland, of Palm Coast, for $181,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, two bathrooms and 2,255 square feet of living area. Previously sold in 2004 for $139,900.

River Oaks

Audrey and Robert Fey, of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 905 Lambert Ave. to Maria Wagner and John Pieczonka, of Winter Park, for $325,000. Built in 1999, it has six bedrooms, four bathrooms, a spa, swimming pool and 2,682 square feet of living area.
