Dale McCallen and Donna Rich, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 7 Eric Drive to Charles and Evelyn Giles, of Bedford, Virginia, for $160,000. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a storage building and 1,582 square feet of living area.

Daytona North

Guillermo Carrillo, of Bunnell, sold the home at 1136 Sherwood Street to Ronald Plate, of Bunnell, for $65,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms 1,188 square feet of living area.

Fuquay

Trevor and Barbara Foster sold the home at 1500 Flagler Avenue to Tara Madison, of Flagler Beach, for $170,000. Built in 1984, it has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and 962 square feet of living area. Previously sold for $290,000 in 2005.

Grand Haven

Gerald and Regina Tyson, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 17 Heron Court to Usama and Sarah Farahat, of Palm Coast, for $270,000. Built in 1996, three bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and 2,466 square feet of living area. Previously sold for $409,900 for 2006.

Joseph and Lola Cancila, of Hickory, North Carolina, sold the home at23 Pelican Court to Joan and Alan Chirgwin, of Palm Coast, for $270,000. Built in 1997, it has three bedrooms, three bathrooms and 2,225 square feet of living area.

Joseph and Jana O’Neill, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 18 Grandview Drive to John and Kimberly Lhota, of Palm Coast, for $310,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 2,398 square feet of living area. Previously sold 2007 for $450,000.

Dennis and Iris Leile, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 3 Burgundy Place to Lakhram Brijmohan and Bhudeochand Jewram, of Hackensack, New Jersey, for $135,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, two bathrooms and 2,263 square feet of living area. Originally sold in 2004 for $215,000.

Don and Regina Porter sold the home at 138 Beachway Drive to Philip and Deborah Yansak, of Palm Coast, for $280,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a swimming pool and 2,119 square feet of living area. Originally sold for $344,900 in 2006.

Kirkwood and Teresa McMinn sold the home at 74 Ryder Drive to Thomas and Lillian Tucker, of Palm Coast, for $285,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a swimming pool and 2,558 square feet of living area.

James and Patricia Baranoski, of Waterbury, Connecticut, sold the home at 6 Renfro Lane to Lawrence Vincent and Dolores Salemme-Vincent, of Palm Coast, for $151,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fireplace and 1,791 square feet of living area. Originally sold in 2004 for $165,800.

Gregory and Tami Dunn sold the home at 2627 Osprey Circle North to Stephen Fields, of Flagler Beach, for $380,000. Built in 1990, it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 2,240 square feet of living area. Previously sold for $260,000 in 2012.

Palm Harbor

Eloise Hudson, of Severna Park, Maryland, sold the home at 28 Coleridge Court to Sylvia Styles, of Palm Coast, for $260,000. Built in 1989, it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a boat lift, boat dock, fireplace and 2,456 square feet of living area. Previously sold 1998 for $165,000.

Kenneth and Belinda Macek, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 1 Carlson Court to Jeffrey and Jean Vito, of Superior, Wisconsin, for $250,000. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a swimming pool and 2,224 square feet of living area. Previously sold in 2004 for $245,000.

James and Kathy Plesz, of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 351 Palm Circle to John Skinner and Barbara Butler, of Hernando, for $306,500. Built in 1992, it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a swimming pool and 2,014 square feet of living area. Previously sold in 2000 for $141,500.

Pine Grove

Zuzanna and Zygmnut Muzyka, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 7 Piermount Lane to Eddie and Patricia Webb, of Pembroke Pines, for $185,000. Built in 2009, it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,953 square feet of living area. Originally sold for $206,800 in 2009.

Pine Lakes

Phillip and Erin Koontz, of Saint Augustine, sold the home at 54 Westbrook Lane to Lawrence and Rose Kline, of Albrightsville, Pennsylvania, for $191,000. Built in 1988, it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 2,021 square feet of living area.

Robert Escalante, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 65 Westminster Drive to Thomas Hurley, of Poinciana, for $185,000. Built in 1986, it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,526 square feet of living area. Previously sold for $82,500 in 1997.

John Alberse, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 4 Woodford Lane to Ronald and Beryl Turner, of San Antonio, Texas, for $195,000. Built in 2002, it has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a swimming pool and 1,788 square feet of living area.

Liberdade Alegria, of Dover, New Jersey, sold the home at 11 Wallstone Place to Russell and Ruby Davidson, of Manning, South Carolina, for $225,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spa, swimming pool and 1,930 square feet of living area. Previously sold in 2004 for $190,600.

Gary and Charlene Bates, of Southbridge, Massachusetts, sold the home at 30 Mount Vernon Lane to Warren and Barbara Kroeker, of Palm Coast, for $219,000. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 2,002 square feet of living area. Previously sold in 2001 for $166,400.

Johan and Asselien Penninkhof sold the home at 54 Sea Vista Drive to Ali Lankarani and Neda Sharifi, of Fruit Cove, for $625,000. Built in 1988, it has three bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and 1,780 square feet of living area.

Quail Hollow

Michael and Linda Sims, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 37 Karas Trail to Dennis and Brenda Morgan, of Palm Coast, for $198,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a fireplace, storage building and 2,962 square feet of living area. Originally sold in 2006 for $250,400.
