A house in Hammock Dunes was the top real estate sales transaction in Hammock Beach for Aug. 4 to Sept. 14. Nancy Corkum and Stacey Vinson, of Palm Coast, sold 24 San Marco Court to Jacob Diem and Connie Bridge, of Palm Coast, for $1.2 million. Built in 1992, the house has three bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,717 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $960,000.

Hammock Beach

James and Nancy Fitzgibbons, of Palm Coast, sold 15 Ocean Oaks Lane to Michael and Sandra Oppenheim, of Palm Coast, for $730,000. Built in 2012, the house has a swimming pool, fireplace and 3,329 square feet.

Hammock Dunes

Deborah Miller and others sold 13 Via Capri to SHF Properties LLC for $300,000. Built in 1991, the house has two bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,065 square feet. It sold in 1991 for $284,000.

Ocean Hammock

507 CB Lane LLC, of Ponte Vedra, sold 507 Cinnamon Beach Lane to Kevin Halter, of Ashland, Kentucky, for $705,000. Built in 2005, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, two half-baths, a swimming pool, fireplace and 3,260 square feet.
