A Cinnamon Beach condominium was the top seller for the week of Oct. 6-12. Robert Gein, of Palm Coast, sold 500 Cinnamon Beach Way, Unit 441, to Kenneth and Patricia Buback, as trustees, for $520,000. Built in 2005, the condo has three bedrooms, three baths and 2003 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $775,200.

Kjell and Eva Larsson, of Palm Coast, sold 300 Bella Harbor Court, Unit 114, to Billy and Darlene Brue, of Fayetteville, Georgia, for $328,000. Built in 2006, the condo has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,325 square feet.

Hendrik and Vivienne Figge, of England, sold 100 San Juan Drive, Unit A201, to Robert and Mary Cratty, of Plymouth, Vermont, for $190,000. Built in 2002, the condo has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,463 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $167,900.

Doreen Platt, of Soddy-Daisy, Tennessee, sold 28 Oxford Lane, Unit 28, to Kathryn Smith, of Sussex, New Jersey, for $102,000. Built in 1984, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,098 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $74,000.

Deutsche Bank, as trustee, sold 5 Ferdinand Lane to Geri Ellis, of Palm Coast, for $94,000. Built in 1973, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,368 square feet. It sold in 1987 for $40,300.

Grand Haven

Cheryl Ewen, individually and as trustee, sold 19 Osprey Circle to Kjell and Eva Larsson, of Palm Coast, for $322,500. Built in 2002, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,979 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $445,000.

Maror Co., of Palm Coast, sold 47 St. Andrews Court to Mikhail and Maya Yakubovich, and Eugene Yakubovich, of Arlington Heights, Illinois, for $275,000. Built in 2015, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,200 square feet.

Robert and Karen Davis, of Palm Coast, sold 122 S. Hummingbird Place to Bernard and Jennifer Emswiller, of Palm Coast, for $196,000. Built in 2013, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,665 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $172,000.

Indian Trails

Linda Gagnon, of Palm Coast, sold 7 Buffalo View Lane to Donald Reed, of Palm Coast, for $183,500. Built in 2014, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,563 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $163,400.

JC Dame sold 230 Bird of Paradise Drive to Americo and Esmeralda Costa, of Palm Coast, for $166,000. Built in 2002, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,422 square feet.

Jacqueline Guida, of Palm Coast, sold 66 Bainbridge Lane to Christopher and Elizabeth Hughes, of Palm Coast, for $157,000. Built in 1991, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,543 square feet.

Seagate Homes LLC, of Palm Coast, sold 43 Laramie Drive to Angel and Iris Reyes, of College Point, New York, for $192,900. Built in 2016, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,800 square feet.

Evelyn Hutchinson, individually and as trustee, sold 11 Cleveland Court to Joanne Jensen, of Palm Harbor, for $405,000. Built in 1993, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a boat dock, swimming pool, fireplace and 2,577 square feet.

Mary Lee, of Palm Coast, sold 36 Firethorn Lane to Alexander and Mara Delgado, of Palm Coast, for $170,000. Built in 2002, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,730 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $143,000.

Seagate Homes LLC, of Palm Coast, sold 138 Park Place Circle to Thomas Galligher and Patricia Benvenuto, of Phoenixville, Pennsylvania, for $226,900. Built in 2016, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,788 square feet.

Frank Massello, of Palm Coast, sold 81 Wynnfield Drive to Brenda Colvin, of Palm Coast, for $170,000. Built in 1988, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,410 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $164,900.

DME Holdings LLC, of Daytona Beach, sold 19 Westford Lane to Joaquim Oliveira and Joaquina Tajes, of Kearny, New Jersey, for $168,000. Built in 1981, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,949 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $179,000.

Edward and Maxine Moore, individually and as trustees, sold 18 Westcliffe Lane to Josephine Phillips, of Palm Coast, for $150,000. Built in 1989, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,830 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $157,000.

Troy and Charlene Walling, of Norwich, New York, sold 54 Smith Trail to Bernard and Rose Mobbs, of Fairfield, Ohio, for $202,000. Built in 2000, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,872 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $165,000.

Goldie Lansky, of Jacksonville, sold 4 Sea Flower Path to Sandra Tapper, of St. Petersburg, for $190,000. Built in 2006, the house has five bedrooms, two baths and 2,508 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $220,000.

Sergey Moldavskiy, of Springfield, Massachusetts, sold 52 Seven Wonders Trail to Deborah Bond, of Palm Coast, for $165,000. Built in 2006, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,862 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $187,000.
