The top seller for the week of Feb. 2-8 was a house on a canal. David and Deborah Petkovsek, individually and as trustees, sold 29 Flagler Place to Frank and Ashley DeMaio, of Palm Coast, for $465,000. Built in 1983, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, swimming pool, boat dock, boat house and 2,826 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $388,000.

Condos

Reid Threlkeld, of Vidalia, Georgia, sold 106 Captains Walk, Unit 106, to Timothy and Kathleen Freund, of Crystal Lake, Illinois, for $165,000. Built in 1989, the condo has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,875 square feet. It sold in 1995 for $119,900.

Belle Terre

Jamey and Mary Bittner, of Palm Coast, sold 191 Parkview Drive to Alexander and Alla Polyak, of Palm Coast, for $165,000. Built in 2013, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,503 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $144,200.

Cypress Knoll

Seagate Homes LLC, of Palm Coast, sold 89 Emerson Drive to Susana and Joao Santos, of Newark, New Jersey, for $242,000. Built in 2016, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,420 square feet.

Daytona North

G. Matthew Wilson, of Palm Coast, sold 6135 Mango Ave. to Ethan and Shayna Stansell, of Bunnell, for $125,000. Built in 2007, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,200 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $149,900.

Keystone Heights

Howard and Dorothy Downing, of Palm Coast, sold 710 Deen Road to Barbara and Kenneth Lamb, of Bunnell, for $147,000. Built in 2005, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,439 square feet.

Indian Trails

David Bodee, of Panama City, sold 81 Brookside Lane to Tracy Kilgore, of Palm Coast, for $230,000. Built in 1999, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,552 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $178,000.

Lakeside at Matanzas Shores

Kenneth Jagodzinski and Marion Speirs, of Palm Coast, sold 7 San Pablo Court to Richard and Sharon Tursi, of Palm Coast, for $350,000. Built in 1994, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,804 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $210,000.

Lehigh Woods

Denisa Stric, of Ramsey, New Jersey, sold 110 Raemoor Drive to Marie and Jonathan Charles, of Palm Coast, for $150,500. Built in 1999, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,759 square feet. It sold in 1999 for $103,400.

Palm Harbor

James and Shaoying Kestner, of Palm Coast, sold 11 Crazy Horse Court to Rafal Gaweski and Krzysztofa Gaweska, of Palm Coast, for $337,500. Built in 1989, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a boat dock, boat house and 1,828 square feet. It sold in 2000 for $189,500.

Susan Coleman, of Flagler Beach, sold 94 Palm Drive to Elizabeth McIntyre, of Flagler Beach, for $216,000. Built in 1988, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,486 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $205,000.

Michael Drob and Gennady Drob, of Brooklyn, sold 41 Fenhill Lane to John Higman, of Gainesville, for $188,000. Built in 2003, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,044 square feet.

P. Brandon Inc., of Palm Coast, sold 41 Federal Lane to Katherine Singley and Michael Schmidt, of Palm Coast, for $150,000. Built in 1986, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,258 square feet.

Pine Grove

Elisabete Dos Santos, of Palm Coast, sold 37 Pritchard Drive to Joaquim and Maria Santos, of Hillside, New Jersey, for $225,000. Built in 2004, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,107 square feet.

Yvonne Davis, of Ocoee, sold 13 Pope Lane to Cala Family LLC, of Palm Coast, for $180,000. Built in 1987, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,997 square feet.

Frank and Willa Nesbitt, of Goose Creek, South Carolina, sold 18 Porwyn Lane to Boris and Galina Tuber, of Hewitt, New Jersey, for $178,000. Built in 2007, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,860 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $193,300.

Michael Flota and Joanna Conley-Flota, of Palm Coast, sold 25 Pittson Lane to Jeremy and Aaron Labadie, of Palm Coast, for $149,900. Built in 2002, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,535 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $178,000.

Sarah Robertson, and Gregory and Andrea Robertson, of Fernandina Beach, sold 11 Porpoise Lane to Scott and Donna Taylor, of Palm Coast, for $128,000. Built in 1981, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,288 square feet.

Pine Lakes

Michael Zolotarev, of Staten Island, New York, sold 50 Westchester Lane to Joao and Celestina Farinhas, of Union, New Jersey, for $315,000. Built in 1995, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool and 2,006 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $175,000.

Tammy Hocking, of Barnesville, Georgia, sold 8 Wavering Place to Orlando Pincay, of Corona, New York, for $175,500. Built in 1992, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,043 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $290,000.

Robert Cobb and Doreen Duncan, and Rosalind Barkley, of Palm Coast, sold 10 Wellford Lane to Michael and Alicia Metz, of DeLeon Springs, for $168,000. Built in 1989, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool, fireplace and 2,078 square feet. It sold in 1990 for $132,000.

Plantation Bay

PNC Bank, of Pittsburgh, sold 49 Treetop Circle to Real Estate Solutions Home Sellers LLC, of Port Orange, for $140,220. Built in 1987, the house has two bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace and 2,462 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $235,000.

Seminole Woods

Judy McDonough, of Bunnell, sold 73 Uhl Path to Craig and Norma Button, of Palm Coast, for $194,000. Built in 1990, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,415 square feet.

Woodlands

John and Joyce Fanelli, of Palm Coast, sold 32 Blare Castle Drive to Joseph and Krista Hudson for $160,000. Built in 1987, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,997 square feet.
