A beachside house was the top seller for the week of Oct. 27 to Nov. 2. Kevin and Eileen Van Fleet, of Greensburg, Pennsylvania, sold 2 Ocean Ridge Blvd. N. to Bob and Mary Casamento, of Orlando, for $2,000,000. Built in 2007, the house has five bedrooms, 5.5 baths, a swimming pool, elevator, fireplace and 6,118 square feet.

Palm Coast

Patrick and Heather Cua, of Palm Coast, sold 200 Cinnamon Beach Way, Unit 145, to Richard and Stacy Butterfield, of Lakeland, for $424,000. Built in 2005, the condo has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,003 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $370,000.

Robert and Sandra Brown, of Stockbridge, Georgia, and David Crane, of Flagler Beach, sold 2131 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 2131, to Dorothy Ayers, of Flagler Beach, for $250,000. Built in 1984, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,440 square feet. It sold in 1997 for $105,000.

Gerard and Marcia Carino, of Greenwich, Connecticut, sold 85 Riverview Bend S. to Daniel and Heather Fernandes, of Robbinsville, New Jersey, for $185,000. Built in 2006, the condo has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,283 square feet. Its sold in 2006 for $489,500.

Betty Jones, of La Vergne, Tennessee, sold 104 Surfview Drive to Richard and Kelli Ramirez, of Jacksonville, for $165,000. Built in 1992, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,306 square feet. It sold in 1995 for $137,000.

Atlanta Beach

Diana Cunha, of New York, sold 2237 Central Ave. to Sweetwater Custom Homes, of Flagler Beach, for $650,000. Built in 2016, the house has five bedrooms, 4.5 baths and 4,000 square feet.

Country Club Harbor

DR Horton Inc., of Jacksonville, sold 8 Waterfront Cove to Frederick and Shirley Beck, of Palm Coast, for $260,000. Built in 2015, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,798 square feet.

George Moody

Janet Zamba, as trustee, sold 309 Daytona Ave. to Gary and Cynthia Hansard, of Ormond Beach, for $165,000. Built in 1954, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 728 square feet.

Grand Haven

Zarif and Mary Malaty, of Gainesville, sold 25 Shinnecock Drive to David Scher and Sylvia Kaufman, of Palm Coast, for $305,000. Built in 1999, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool and 2,363 square feet. It sold in 1999 for $186,900.

Lynn Kleinshmit, of Palm Coast, sold 14 Sailfish Drive to Wayne and Debra Mangum, of Palm Coast, for $249,900. Built in 1996, the house has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,680 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $208,500.

Nigel and Carol Hollingworth, of the United Kingdom, sold 42 Crosstie Court to James Frasca, of West Islip, New York, for $232,000. Built in 2004, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,000 square feet. Its sold in 2005 for $300,000.

Marie-Francoise Degraeve, individually and as trustee, sold 11 Crosslink Court to M. Diane Grzelak, as trustee, for $225,000. Built in 2006, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,587 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $345,100.

Kirk and Sandra Pierce, individually and as trustees, sold 9 Hammock Oak Court to Clifton and Debra Sheffield, of Palm Coast, for $1,050,000. Built in 2003, the house has four bedrooms, 4.5 baths, a fireplace, boat house and 4,847 square feet.

Ofelia Miller sold 2 Marbella Court to Ann and Marc Messer, of Palm Coast, for $418,000. Built in 1995, the house has three bedrooms, 4.5 baths, a swimming pool, fireplace and 2,971 square feet. It sold in 1995 for $338,600

Hidden Lakes

Mark and Mary Jansen, of Palm Coast, sold 61 Arrowhead Drive to Mark and Theresa Helfrich, of Palm Coast, for $233,000. Built in 2013, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,702 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $179,000.

Indian Trails

Maronda Homes Inc. of Florida, of Jacksonville, sold 5 Buttermill Drive to Michael and Floretta Robinson, of Palm Coast, for $219,275. Built in 2016, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,427 square feet.

Nicholas and Persey Kouloumbinis sold 18 Buttonwood Lane to Joao and Alice Costa, of South River, New Jersey, for $190,000. Built in 2006, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,555 square feet.

Joan Starke sold 8 Ballard Lane to Edward and Linda Fry, of Palm Coast, for $137,000. Built in 1991, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,200 square feet.

Jose Park

Warren Jonas sold 5642 Ocean Shore Blvd. to Equity Trust Co. Custodian, of Carlsbad, California, for $325,000. Built in 1963, the house has two bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a boat dock and 1,285 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $525,000.

Margit Latzo, of Oceanside, California, sold 12 San Pablo Court to Ronald and Jill DeSantis, of Palm Coast, for $242,000. Built in 1994, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,532 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $277,500.

Lehigh Woods

Robert and Barbara Hammer, of Monroe, North Carolina, sold 93 Renshaw Drive to Randy Thompson and Deborah Willoughby, of Palm Coast, for $245,000. Built in 2005, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,440 square feet.

Adams Homes of Northwest Florida, of Gulf Breeze, sold 27 Lancelot Drive to Jack Harris Jr. and Carrie Hayden, of Palm Coast, for $231,150. Built in 2016, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,508 square feet.

Ocean Hammock

Voss Kids LLC, of Linn Missouri, sold 28 Hammock Beach Circle to Scott and Wendy Delp, of Palm Coast, for $790,000. Built in 2007, the house has six bedrooms, 5.1 baths, a swimming pool and 3,772 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $825,000.

Palm Harbor

Walter and Andrea Thompson, of St. Augustine, sold 12 Forest Grove Drive to Julia Pindzia, of Palm Coast, for $190,720. Built in 2004, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,911 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $131,500.

Plantation Bay

Intervest at Plantation Bay, of Daytona Beach. sold 635 South Lake Drive to Lauren and Frederick Quattrochi, of Ormond Beach, for $488,055. Built in 2016, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,624 square feet.

Joseph Erb, individually and as trustee, sold 814 Westlake Drive to Edward Clapp, of Ormond Beach, for $408,000. Built in 2004, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool, fireplace and 2,619 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $545,000.

Daniel Dietz and Christina Piscioneri, of Lindenhurst, New York, sold 33 Kingsley Circle to John and Marie Vastano, of Ormond Beach, for $220,000. Built in 1991, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,198 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $180,000.

Quail Hollow

Adams Homes of Northwest Florida Inc., of Gulf Breeze, sold 59 Zaun Trail to Michael and Patricia Smith, of Palm Coast, for $189,535. Built in 2016, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,755 square feet.

Francine Torres, of Palm Coast, sold 6 Zoeller Court to Jay and Shannon Morelewicz, of Palm Coast, for $130,000. Built in 2005, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,285 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $175,900.
