The top real estate transaction for the week of April 6-12 was in Island Estates in Hammock Dunes. Robert and Mary Wright, of Fletcher, North Carolina, sold 154 Island Estates Parkway to David and Bethany Schilling, of Johns Creek, Georgia for $985,000. Built in 2003, the house has five bedrooms, 4.5 baths, a swimming pool, fireplace, boat dock, guest house and 4,188 square feet.

Condos

Paul and Nina DiBartolo, of Palm Coast, sold 85 Avenue de la Mer, Unit 405, to Marshall and Patricia Williams, of Ocoee, for $665,000. Built in 2006, the condo has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,110 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $805,000.

Nancy Gormlee, individually and as trustee, sold 15 Avenue de la Mer, Unit 2601, to Frank and Patti Penski, of Palm Coast, for $645,000. Built in 1996, the condo has three bedrooms, 3.5 baths and 2,387 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $542,000.

Donna Walker, of Cape Coral, sold 15 Ocean Crest Way, Unit 1321, to Robert and Cynthia Reichenbach, of Palm Coast, for $240,000. Built in 2005, the condo has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,696 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $228,000.
