The top seller for the week of Jan. 26 to Feb. 1 was a house in the Atlantic Beach neighborhood. Michael Nickler, individually and as trustee, sold 2312 Ocean Shore Blvd. S. to Catherine Behrens, of Pierson, for $540,000. Built in 1980, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace and 2,100 square feet.

Condos

SunTrust Bank, of Atlanta, sold 200 Ocean Crest Drive, Unit 506, to Patricia Kennedy Revocable Living Trust, of Parkland, for $368,000. Built in 2003, the condo has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,676 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $1,075,000.

Malay and Pragnesh Desai, individually and as trustees, sold 11 Avenue de la Mer, Unit 1306, to Cedar Ridge Plaza LLC, of Asheville, North Carolina, for $275,000. Built in 1992, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,490 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $435,000.

Pamela Barlow, individually and as trustee, sold 1100 Cinnamon Beach Way, Unit 1022, to Jason and Crystal Tatge, of Daytona Beach, for $275,000. Built in 2004, the condo has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,682 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $215,000.
