A group of pet owners at Bulow Rv Plantation collected more than 125 items and $175 to be donated to Second Chance Rescue, a nonprofit, no-kill animal shelter.
“We are a small group of animal lovers, but we can get a lot done,” said Donna Cox, Bulow’s activity director. “We believe that we must speak for those that cannot speak, the animals.”
