Local student accepted to Air Force summer program

Jonathan Jenkins has been selected to be among 300 attendees at the U.S. Air Force Academy Summer Seminar.
Summer Seminar is a unique opportunity for high school juniors going into their senior year to see a realistic picture of life as a cadet.
Jenkins recently completed his first solo flight at the Flagler Airport through the Teens in Flight program.
He hopes to attend the U.S. Air Force Academy after graduating high school.

Divine Treasures expands to 2,000-square-foot storefront

Divine Treasures is now having a moving sale. As of May 29, it will reopen in a 2,000-square-foot storefront at 5 Utility Drive, Suite 10, sandwiched between Colletti's and Los Amigos. The ribbon cutting will be 4 p.m. June 7, almost exactly on the one-year anniversary. -

The Flagler County Sheriff’s Office is currently working a bank robbery that occurred at 11:17 a.m.at Bank of America at 4850 Belle Terre Parkway in Palm Coast.
