A Hammock Beach Tuscany condo tops this week's sales list for Flagler County residential real estate transactions for the week of Aug 5-11. Carol Montaldo, of Longwood, sold the condo at 85 Avenue De La Mer, Unit 201, to Dempsey and Deanna Springfield, of Brookline, Mass., for $942,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 3,077 square feet of living area. It sold in 2010 for $704,000.
 

PALM COAST
Armand Beach
David and Marie Miller, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 27 Mahoe Drive N. to Francis and Gayle Collins, of Palm Coast for $242,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,654 square feet of living area.

Belle Terre
Fannie Mae sold the home at 29 Patric Drive to Barbara Eady, of Palm Coast, for $114,900. Built in 1992, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,608 square feet of living area.

Ronald and Lisa Supino, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 58 Patric Drive to Aleksandr and Tatyana Kudinova, of Fair Lawn, N.J., for $135,000. Built in 1991, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,975 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $160,000.
 

Cinnamon Beach
Graham and Nancy Allyn, of Rockville, Md., sold the condo at 500 Cinnamon Beach Way, Unit 434, to Bles LLC., of Gainesville, for $425,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,684 square feet of living area.
 

Grand Haven
Arlene Kervel, of Watchung, N.J., sold the home at 26 St. Andrews Court to Neil and Vanessa Davis, of Granger, Iowa, for $290,000. Built in 2000, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,221 square feet of living area.
 

Hammock Beach Club
Deutsche Bank National Trust sold the condo at 200 Oceancrest Drive, Unit 533, for $135,000. Built in 2003, it has I bedroom, 1 bath and 678 square feet of living area. It sold in 2004 for $445,000.
 

Hammock Beach Ocean Towers
Lisa and Bradford Crandell, of Germantown, Tenn., sold the condo 200 Oceancrest Drive, Unit 144, to Deborah Tricoli, of Palm Coast, for $420,000. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, 3.5 baths and 2,246 square feet of living area.
 

Hammock Beach Villas
U.S. Bank National Association sold the condo at 5 Oceancrest Way, Unit 1423, to Susan and Brian Thomas, of Palm Coast for $179,500. Built in 2005, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,160 square feet of living area.
 

Hammock Dunes La Grand
Susan Bradley Farrell, of Richmond, Va., sold the condo at 15 Avenue De La Mer to Ronald Leaton and Carol Tenley, of Evergreen, Colo., for $549,000. Built in 1996, it has three bedrooms, 3.5 baths and 3,068 square feet of living area.
 


Lehigh Woods
Mid Florida Housing Partnership Inc. sold the home at 24 Renn Lane to Jennifer and David Hill, of Palm Coast, for $150,444. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,549 square feet of living area. It sold earlier this year for $149,500.

Mikhail and Natalia Simkiv, of Brooklyn, N.Y., sold the home at 38 Richmond Drive to Eugene and Zoya Kravets, of Fremont, Calif., for $140,000. Built in 2006, it has five bedrooms, three baths and 2,535 square feet of living area.

Freddie Mac sold the home at 36 Riverina Drive to Christopher Nola, of Glassport, Pa., for $123,500. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,961 square feet of living area.

Fannie Mae sold the home at 37 Rosepetal Lane to Frank and Apolonia Miele, of Palm Coast, for $107,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,523 square feet of living area.

Philip and Ki-Jung Hinkle, of Port Orange, sold the home at 13 Russo Drive to Late Bloomer Investments LLC., of Palm Coast, for $63,600. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,120 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $171,000.
 

Palm Harbor
Hazel Dietrich, of McAfee, N.J., sold the home at 15 Fernwood Lane to Jeffrey and Virginia Moncman, of Parkersburg, W.V., for $75,500. Built in 1976, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 926 square feet of living area.

Joaquim Barbosa, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 2 Fitzgerald Lane to Stacy and Eric Geiger, of Palm Coast, for $300,000. Built in 2006, it has five bedrooms, three baths and 3,534 square feet of living area.

Pablo Arias, of Newark, N.J., sold the home at 64 Franciscan Lane to Jose Martins, Anna Martins and Felipe Martins, of Palm Coast, for $$160,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, two baths a pool and 1,904 square feet of living area.

U.S. Bank National Association sold the home at 52 Freeport Lane to Christopher and Ashley Santoianni, of Palm Coast, for $129,000. Built in 1988, it has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,326 square feet of living area. It sold in 1995 for $130,900.
 

Pine Grove
Jason Pitingaro and Antonino Pitingaro, both of Warwick, N.Y., sold the home at 27 Perrotti Lane to Yakov Belkin, of Brooklyn, N.Y., for $112,000. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,575 square feet of living area. It sold earlier this year for $80,300.

TJKR, Inc., of Palm Coast, sold the home at 8 Ponderosa Lane to Anthony Rullo, of Belleville, N.J., for $116,500. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,848 square feet of living area. It sold in 2012 for $85,000.

Pedro and Maggie Pagan, of Peorin, of Ariz., sold the home at 82 Putter Drive to James Grembi, of Odenton, Md., for $180,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,107 square feet of living area.
 

Pine Lakes
Jacqueline Chen and Tieh Cheng Chen sold the home at 5 Montauk Court to Michael Dibitetto and Michael Bennici, of Ormond Beach, for $90,000. Built in 1994, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,758 square feet of living area.

Fannie Mae sold the home at 21 Mount Vernon Lane to Frank and Anita Taucher, of Palm Coast, for $134,900. Built in 1996, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 1,652 square feet of living area.
 

Quail Hallow
Maronda Homes Inc. of Florida sold the home at 79 Laguna Forest Lane to James Gilliland and Marc Gilliland, of Palm Coast, for $198,000. Built in 2013, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 3,318 square feet of living area.
 

Seminole Woods
Reoco Inc. sold the home at 12 Sleigh Bell Place to Michael and Karen Knox, of Ormond Beach, for $134,900. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,457 square feet of living area.

Seagate Homes, LLC. Sold the home at 34 Slowdrift Turn to Stephen Brooks, of Minersville, Utah, for $141,500. Built in 2013, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,505 square feet of living area.

Jean Jeanglaude and Gertrude Arthur Jeanglaude, of Stafford, Va., sold the home at 100 Smith Trail to Edward Gurary and Damilyn Tell, of Beachwood, Ohio, for $125,000. Built in 2007, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,937 square feet of living area.

Fannie Mae sold the home at 44 Underwick Path to William Adkins, of Palm Coast, for $124,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,819 square feet of living area.

Glenn Fairchild, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 19 Untermeyer Place to Fred and Mae Watson, of Palm Coast, for $127,000. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,308 square feet of living area. It sold in 2012 for $79,000.
