Walmart, Carrabba's issued $500,000 work orders

A total of 127 permits were issued through Palm Coast between Thursday, Aug. 2, and Wednesday, Aug. 8.
Commercial permits were issued to P&S Paving Inc., for $476,000 site development of Carrabba’s Italian Grill, at 160 Cypress Edge Drive, and to Perry Roofing Inc., for the $462,946 reroofing of Walmart, at 174 Cypress Point Parkway.
Occupancy permits were issued to Adult Family Care (located at 1 Rylee Place), Realty Executives Sales Office (at 2 Office Park Drive) and Massage Therapy (9 Pine Cottage Drive).
Anthony Craig Guccione was issued a commercial certificate of occupancy for Florida Gold Exchange, at 1000 Palm Coast Parkway, as well. And the city of Palm Coast also submitted a $154,000 permit application for landscaping and irrigation services to the concrete median through Belle Terre Parkway, Whiteview Parkway and Ponce DeLeon Drive.
The largest residential permit of the week was issued to Palm West Home Builders, for a $335,000 single-family residence, at 11 Cottonton Court. The largest renovation permit of the week was issued to Jose Motos, for an $11,000 addition to 36 Westbrook Lane.
Three other permits for also issued new-home builds, from $212,000 to $295,000.

The Flagler Palm Coast High School Future Business Leaders of America class donated $580 to Florida Hospital Flagler Foundation’s breast cancer fund, which provides screening mammograms, diagnostic studies and education to local qualified women who are uninsured and seeking assistance. -
