Carrabba's submits city development application

A total of 121 permits were issued through Palm Coast between Thursday, July 26, and Wednesday, Aug. 1.
Commercially, Fantastic Homes was issued a $30,500 permit for interior renovations to Palm Coast Investment Properties, at 55 Plaza Drive. And Caprock was issued a $7,400 permit for interior renovations to Sami’s Pizza, at 4982 Palm Coast Parkway.
Jamey Flegal, of CBL Properties, also submitted a technical site plan application for Carrabba’s Italian Grill.
Val Kazia claimed occupancy for O2 Secure Wireless, at 101 Palm Harbor Parkway, in the European Village, as well. And Wild Rice Palm Coast II LLC added extra seating to China Express, at 226 Palm Coast Parkway.
No commercial certificates of occupancy were issued.
The largest residential permit of the week was issued to D.R. Horton, for a $244,000 single-family residence, at 15 Graham Trail. The largest renovation permit of the week was issued to Lancia Custom Homes, for a $22,000 addition to 105 Foxhall Lane.

High School students donate to breast cancer patients

The Flagler Palm Coast High School Future Business Leaders of America class donated $580 to Florida Hospital Flagler Foundation’s breast cancer fund, which provides screening mammograms, diagnostic studies and education to local qualified women who are uninsured and seeking assistance. -
