A total of 97 permits were issued through Palm Coast between Thursday, June 28, and Wednesday, July 4.
TWT Restaurant Design Construction & Development submitted a $320,000 commercial permit application for Carrabba’s, at 160 Cypress Edge Drive.
Two commercial permits were issued, one to SE Cline Construction, for a $534,000 master plan and infrastructure development to a Palm Coast park, at 8480 U.S. 1, and the other to McNeal & White Contractors, for $2,300 interior alterations to Home Furnishing Center Inc., at 85 Cypress Point Parkway.
Two occupancy permits were also issued, to Northbridge Precious Metals Group (located at 389 Palm Coast Parkway) and Getaway Envy LLC (at 9 Harbor Center Drive).
No commercial certificates of occupancy were issued.
The largest residential permit of the week was issued to Seagate Homes, for a $355,000 single-family residence, at 90 Red Mill Drive. The largest renovation permit of the week went to U.S. Aluminum Services, for a $9,400 addition to 100 Bird of Paradise Drive.

High School students donate to breast cancer patients

The Flagler Palm Coast High School Future Business Leaders of America class donated $580 to Florida Hospital Flagler Foundation’s breast cancer fund, which provides screening mammograms, diagnostic studies and education to local qualified women who are uninsured and seeking assistance. -
