Palm Coast artist Weldon Ryan will open a show 6-8 p.m. Friday, June 29, at the Mary McLeod Bethune Performing Arts Center and Visual Art Gallery, 640 Dr. Mary McLeod Bethune Blvd., Daytona Beach.
Ryan’s art has found a home in Palm Coast at the SECCA Studio, where he works and exhibits his art at the Hollingsworth Gallery. He has also served as the president of the Flagler County Art League.
In 2011, Ryan was Flagler County Artist of the Year, from the Gargiulo Art Foundation. Ryan’s art is a fusion of many styles. He uses textures, color and realistic rendering.
