Crime prevention tips and updates on the Flagler County Sheriff’s Office are now available on video at the agency website at www.myfcso.us.
Each week, Sheriff Donald W. Fleming will be featured in a short video that can be accessed on the website’s home page by clicking “Sheriff’s Weekly Message.”
“This new feature will allow me to keep our community informed on significant events affecting the agency as well as offering crime prevention tips to keep our citizens informed,” Fleming said.
The videos are produced in-house by agency staff members so there is no impact on the budget.
The weekly messages will center on updates on the website and a brief explanation on programs offered through the Sheriff’s Office.
Residents can also contact any member of the agency by visiting the website and clicking on “Contact Us.” The messages are delivered daily to specific staff members and then forwarded to the appropriate division for a response.
“I encourage the community to take a look at the website. We plan to add other features and videos in the near future,” Fleming said.
