Carolyn S. Howe, 52, was charged with driving under the influence the afternoon of Jan. 23, after she drove a silver Ford Mustang across two driveways and into the side of the home at 57 Courtney Place.
According to the incident report from the Flagler County Sheriff’s Office, Howe was found leaning against a parked car on the side of the road. She was treated for lacerations on her hands by Flagler County Fire Rescue.
The deputy observed that she appeared to be intoxicated; she had trouble keeping her balance. Howe, of Firethorn Lane, failed field sobriety tests and was then transported to the Flagler County Inmate Facility.
