Miss Flagler County 2010 Amanda Dack crowns Alexa Linn Gardner as Miss Flagler County 2011. Gardner, 20, is a senior at Florida Southern College studying communications and the daughter of Christopher and Sheila Gardner, of Palm Coast. She is a member of Kappa Delta sorority and is currently serving as her chapter’s vice president.
