PALM COAST BUSINESS ACTIVITY

According to Palm Coast’s Business Assistance Center, the following companies were issued tax receipts Jan. 13 to Jan.17:


• Danielle Szpara-Losoncy, LMT is a massage therapist at 5 Florida Park Drive.


• Asian Reflexology & Massage of FL Inc. is a massage therapist at 145 Cypress Point Parkway.
• A-Z Granite is a countertop installer at 2-F Market Place.

• Home-based businesses: Ramon Alvarez, personal chef; Steven Phalen Handyman Service; Jay Estes, a tile installer; Dali Transportation LLC, a trucking company; Silly Bee Pool Cleaning Service; Palm Beach Tile & Marble Inc, a tile installer; From Spot to Spotless Cleaning, a janitorial service; Central Florida Hardscapes Inc., a handyman service.

The following is an update for permit activity in the city Dec. 9 to Jan. 15. Total number of permits issued: 173.

Commercial permits applications:


• Auburn Homes Inc. applied for a $7,000 permit for Latino Market and Bakery at 300 Palm Coast Parkway.

Commercial permits issued:

• Southland Construction was issued $800,000 permit for McDonald's building and site development at 4851 Belle Terre Parkway.
• Bella Quality Homes was issued a $29,000 permit for renovations at Interventional Pain Management at 21 Hospital Drive, Unit 120.

• Palmetto Electric was issued a $7,000 permit for parking lot lighting at 200 Flagler Plaza Drive.


Residential permits issued:


• KB Homes was issued a $319,000 permit for a single-family residence at 111 S. Coopers Hawk Way.

• Adams Homes of NW Florida was issued a $285,000 permit for a single-family residence at 26 Farmsworth Drive.

• Adams Homes of NW Florida was issued a $282,000 permit for a single-family residence at 40 Freeland Lane.


• Adams Homes of NW Florida was issued a $282,000 permit for a single-family residence at 56 Ryecliffe Drive.

• Trivett Homes was issued a $257,000 permit for a single-family residence at 91 Universal Trail.


• DR Horton was issued a $236,000 permit for a single-family residence at 37 Arrowhead Drive.


• DR Horton was issued a $225,000 permit for a single-family residence at 33 Arrowhead Drive.


• Adams Homes of NW Florida was issued a $222,000 permit for a single-family residence at 10 Burnley Drive.


• Adams Homes of NW Florida was issued a $203,000 permit for a single-family residence at 160 Point Pleasant Drive.


• Tamaz Komakhidze was issued a $57,000 permit for an addition at 35 Pretori Lane.

• Millers Screen and Repair was issued a $40,000 permit for an addition at 81 Bruce Lane.

• Aluminum Creations was issued a $20,000 permit for an addition at 9 Ramble Way.

• Lords Roofing was issued a $20,000 permit for an addition at 8 Fariston Place.

• Lords Roofing was issued a $16,000 permit for an addition at 6 Fariston Place.

• Millers Screen and Repair was issued a $11,000 permit for an addition at 38 Bannbury Lane.

• East Coast Aluminum was issued a $7,000 permit for an addition at 20 Cedardale Court.

• Affordable Aluminum was issued a $6,000 permit for an addition at 123 Brittany Lane.

• Encompass Aluminum. was issued a $4,000 permit for an addition at 18 College Court.

Occupancy permits issued:

• Automotive Repair – Tin Pusher claimed occupancy at 15 Hargrove Grade Unit 21.

Development orders:


• Jade Consulting submitted a tier-one technical site plan for a Dollar General at Town Center.

  • Its like living on a Monopoly Board , bet city counsels get nice kickback letting same dump after dump into town , up north I lived in a town three times the size of Palm Coast, yet we only had 1 McDonald`s. I Grand Union supermarket, I Walgreen`s,the rest were mom and pop businesses like the Roman INN , Hudson`s Pharmamacy, Sol n Sols Kosher deli , best hotdogs around, it was a town , not a stinking Monopoly Board , built to line the city counsels pockets, they all need to be tarred n feathered and run out on the rail douche bags
