Splash Express Full Service Car Wash is hosting a grand opening and ribbon-cutting on Thursday, April 18.

Co-owner and operator Torrey Medina and partners Steve Schlossberg and Ty Lohman are inviting the public to celebrate the opening of their third car wash, located at 55 N. Nova Road in Ormond Beach. The event, hosted in collaboration with the Ormond Beach Chamber of Commerce, is scheduled for 4-5 p.m. on Thursday, April 18, with a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 4:30 p.m.

“We are thrilled to be opening our third car wash in Ormond Beach,” Medina said. “We opened our first location in Port Orange 17 years ago so we feel like we're not just expanding our business, but deepening our roots and commitment to the community.

The event will include light refreshments, free car wash giveaways and grand opening membership specials, according to a press release.

The new express full service wash offers a self-prep area with water, soap, sponges and brushes so customers can treat bugs and bird droppings before entering the car wash tunnel. After exiting the tunnel, customers have the option to use the free vacuum bays with compressed air, free towels, free window cleaner, free mat washers, free rubber mat washing sinks, free tire inflators or let the Splash team do it for them in a full service interior detail tunnel.
