Condo sells for almost $1 million

A condo in Hammock Dunes was the top real estate transaction for the week of Aug. 9-15 in Flagler County. William and Patricia Bevan, of Palm Coast, sold 19 Avenue de la Mer, Unit 101, to Johnnie Breed, as trustee, for $983,000. Built in 2005, the condo has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths and 3,143 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $1,185,000. Following is a partial list of other sales for the week.

Condos

James and Julie Eads, of Flagler Beach, sold 5 Ocean Crest Way, Unit 1432, to Roy and Vivian Ripak, of Davie, for $265,500. Built in 2005, the condo has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,264 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $545,000.

James and Mary Harris, of Wallingford, Pennsylvania, sold 1000 Cinnamon Beach Way, Unit 923, to Peter and Carla Staff, of Saunderstown, Rhode Island, for $255,418. Built in 2004, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,344 square feet.

Sylvia Harrison, of Palm Coast, sold 19 Pine Hurst Place, Unit 19, to PKI Designer Investments LLC, of Bunnell, for $152,500. Built in 1980, the condo has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,163 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $74,300.

Belle Terre

Anthony and Lulisea Teague, of Palm Coast, sold 22 Presidential Lane to Calvin and Marcia Shaw, of Uniondale, New York, for $205,000. Built in 2000, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,208 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $165,500.

Grand Haven

Julie Noel, of Las Vegas, sold 54 Jasmine Drive to Nellie Riley, of Palm Coast, for $415,000. Built in 2005, the house has three bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,849 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $401,000.

James and Randy Armstrong, of Palm Coast, sold 9 Sweetwater Court to William and Mary Lentz, of Palm Coast, for $415,000. Built in 2009, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace and 2,733 square feet.

Hammock Beach

Ronnie and Lee Smith, of Troutman, North Carolina, sold 17 Oak View Circle E. to David and Nora Damore, of Daytona Beach, for $745,0000. Built in 2008, the house has three bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,604 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $775,000.

Indian Trails

Lonnye Black, of Ocala, sold 49 Bickford Drive to Stewart and Frances Andringa, of Palm Coast, for $300,000. Built in 1993, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a swimming pool, boat dock and 2,185 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $320,000.

Robert and Susan Hanson, of Ormond Beach, sold 40 Burbank Drive to Barry and Cheryl Sullivan, of Palm Coast, for $245,000. Built in 2002, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool, boat dock and 2,020 square feet.

Adams Homes of Northwest Florida Inc., of Gulf Breeze, sold 108 Birchwood Drive to Charles and Nancy Cangialosi, of Palm Coast, for $210,654. Built in 2016, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,540 square feet.

Lehigh Woods

Stephen and Anzhelika Shepherd sold 11 Ryall Lane to Christopher Vera and Tina Claybourn, of Palm Coast, for $214,500. Built in 2006, the house has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,375 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $159,900.

Matanzas Woods

Keith and Debra Linaweaver, of Daytona Beach, sold 145 London Drive to Dennis and Susan Shiverdecker, of Bremen, Ohio, for $350,000. Built in 2003, the house has four bedrooms, 4.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,798 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $430,000.

Henry and Amy Padron, of Wesley Chapel, sold 30 Lyndenhurst Lane to Diana Diaz and Barbara Martin, of Palm Coast, for $253,000. Built in 2003, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,209 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $275,000.

Richard and Margaret Steele, and Nicole Sola, of Hydeville, Vermont, sold 89 Lake Success Drive to Anna Potter, of Palm Coast, for $250,000. Built in 1995, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,256 square feet.

Not in Subdivision

John and Denise Green, of Flagler Beach, sold 24 Westmayer Place to Valerie Richardson, of Costa Mesa, California, for $655,000. Built in 2006, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, fireplace, swimming pool, boat dock, boat house and 2,417 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $255,000.

Geraldine Fox, individually and as trustee, sold 25 Bulow Woods Circle to Raquel Krupa, of Flagler Beach, for $380,000. Built in 1988, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 2,290 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $325,000.

Ocean Palm

Thomas Beck, of Bluffton, South Carolina, sold 246 Ocean Palm Drive to Brett and Vivian Spitalny, of Coral Springs, for $519,000. Built in 1978, the house has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool, boat dock and 1,999 square feet. It sold in 1998 for $225,000.

Palm Harbor

Louis Malvasi, of Lyncroft, New Jersey, sold 24 Westmayer Place to Mary Morrison, of Orlando, for $655,000. Built in 2006, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a swimming pool and 2,417 square feet.

Dragan and Susan Balos, of Port Orange, sold 76 Freemont Turn to Stephen and Vanessa Harker, of Palm Coast, for $218,000. Built in 1989, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,033 square feet. It sold ln 1999 for $95,500.

Pine Lakes

Sylvester Williams, Shirley Amory and Anthony Bradley sold 37 Westbriar Lane to Richard Barnes, of Palm Coast, for $218,000. Built in 2000, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,945 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $242,500.

Plantation Bay

Helen Leahey, of Woodstock, Georgia, sold 20 Magnolia Drive N. to Ronald Hagen, of Ormond Beach, for $608,000. Built in 1987, the house has four bedrooms, four baths, a swimming pool and 4,823 square feet.

Intervest at Plantation Bay, of Daytona Beach, sold 608 South Lake Drive to Richard and Joann Wright, of Palm Coast, for $423,425. Built in 2018, the house has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,498 square feet.
