Todd and Pauletta Case, of Louisa, Kentucky, sold 1822 Roscoe Turner Trail to Joseph and Kathleen Zeno, of Port Orange, for $1,237,500. Built in 1992, the house has an airplane hangar, three bedrooms, four baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,893 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $1,200,000.

PORT ORANGE

Coquina Cove

Edward and Brynn Sowers sold 5338 Coquina Shores Lane to Han Gao, of Port Orange, for $268,000. Built in 2012, the house has five bedrooms, 3.5 baths and 2,862 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $200,000.

Countryside

Lutz Laukamp, of Port Orange, sold 962 S. Lakewood Terrace to Thomas and Margaret Ripple, of Port Orange, for $199,900. Built in 1987, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,894 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $127,000.

Kent Moskowicz and Brad Moskowicz, of New Smyrna Beach, sold 915 Teaberry Lane to Becky and Ronald Krenn, as trustees, for $195,000. Built in 1999, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,366 square feet. It sold in 1999 for $103,910.

Thomas and Nancy Byrne, individually and as trustees, sold 955 Grayling Court, Unit B, to Maria Alvaro, of Port Orange, for $168,000. Built in 1985, the townhouse has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace and 1,376 square feet. It sold in 1991 for $63,000.

Harbor Oaks

Lance Erickson sold 5726 Riverside Drive to Tom and Vanessa Grasberger, of Port Orange, for $220,000. Built in 1972, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,936 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $125,000.

Hidden Lake

Robert Jones, of Tehachapi, California, sold 1405 N. Dexter Drive to Ryan and Alison Hines, of Port Orange, for $190,000. Built in 1981, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool and 1,118 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $136,000.

Ravenwood

Secretary of Veterans Affiars, of Washington, D.C., sold 6 Woodside Drive to Allen and Judy Partners LLC, of Daytona Beach Shores, for $137,700. Built in 1976, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,656 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $144,500.

Southern Pines

Sandra Watts sold 55 Lawrence Court to Carol and Fred Detrick, of Flagler Beach, for $58,000. Built in 1978, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,288 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $62,800.

Spruce Creek Village

Peninsula Rental Investments LLC, of New Smyrna Beach, sold 402 Laurie Ave. to James Egan, of Winter Springs, for $57,500. Built in 1978, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,329 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $31,000.

Sunset Cove

Amaya and Lorne Albury, and Melanie and Salvador Zubicaray sold 3918 Sunset Cove Drive to Mandi Six and Sean Chesser, of Port Orange, for $253,000. Built in 2008, the house has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace and 2,869 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $205,000.

Robert and Gloria Pushwa, of San Leandro, California, sold 4203 Zacary Lane to Christopher and Andraia Lee, of Port Orange, for $369,100. Built in 2000, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool and 2,622 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $345,900.

Gary and Diane Parker, of Port Orange, sold 306 Sagewood Drive to Sime and Michele Rusin, of Port Orange, for $245,000. Built in 1976, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,615 square feet. It sold in 1995 for $85,000.

Venetian Way

Douglas and Tracy Denison, of Ormond Beach, sold 212 S. Venetian Way to Jamie Adley, of Port Orange, for $475,300. Built in 1963, the house has two bedrooms, two baths, a boat house and 1,965 square feet. It sold in 2000 for $268,000.

Villages of Royal Palm

Elizabeth Gattinella and Anita Conion, of Piles Groves, New Jersey, sold 1493 Areca Palm Drive to Gerald and Ann Dostie, of Port Orange, for $250,000. Built in 2016, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,540 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $260,600.

Waters Edge

Thuan Luong and Hanh Thi Hoang, of South Daytona, sold 6602 Merryvale Lane to Alfonzo and Sandra Cruz, of Port Orange, for $441,000. Built in 2006, the house has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths and 3,092 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $401,600.

John and Kathleen Cormack, of Daytona Beach Shores, sold 6394 Nika Court to James Kortbus and Nada Helai-Kortbus, of Port Orange, for $315,000. Built in 1997, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,432 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $305,000.

Winter Woods

Robert and Angela Ullery, of Port Orange, 1086 Wild Holly Drive to Travis and Melissa Tifton, of Port Orange, for $161,000. Built in 1979, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,279 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $185,000.

Sharon Weldon, of South Daytona, sold 612 Sherman Road to Joshua Canup, of South Daytona, for $155,000. Built in 1970, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 936 square feet. It sold in 1982 for $42,500.

Jacqueline Gurgel sold 2231 Nottingham Road to Barbara Moore, of South Daytona, for $150,000. Built in 1963, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,064 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $99,900.

Brent Merilson, individually and as trustee, sold 1671 Golfview Blvd. to Theodore Hewitt II and Julia Bonaccorsy-Hewitt, of South Daytona, for $135,000. Built in 1961, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 950 square feet. It sold in March for $74,000.

OPC Investments LLC sold 2200 S. Palmetto Ave., Unit G4, to Angela Herd, of South Daytona, for $112,000. Built in 1975, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,122 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $55,700.

John Lawrence and Deborah Lawrence, of Newark, New Jersey, sold 88 Cypress Pond Road to Linda Garramone, of Port Orange, for $55,000. Built in 1982, the house has two bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,048 square feet. It sold in 1997 for $53,000.
