Carolyn Foster, of Port Orange, sold 5264 Taylor Ave. to Concealed Carry 4U LLC, of Port Orange, for $67,000. Built in 1971, the manufactured home has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,056 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $45,000.
