A house in Spruce Creek Fly-In was the top real estate transaction for Jan. 14-20 in Port Orange and South Daytona. MSTS Holdings Corporation, of Ponce Inlet, sold 2677 Spruce Creek Blvd. to Victor and Pegge Prieto, of Port Orange, for $1.1 million. Built in 1998, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool, airplane hangar and 2,830 square feet.

 

PORT ORANGE

 

Allandale

Thomas and Jodi Gray sold 401 Turton St. to James and Melanie Payne, of Port Orange, for $57,250. Built in 1966, the manufactured home has two bedrooms, one bath and 636 square feet. It sold in 1998 for $18,000.

 

Forest Lake

Fannie Mae Association, of Dallas, sold 5434 Frederick Lake Drive to Sandra Paprocki, of Port Orange, for $245,000. Built in 2004, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 2,720 square feet.

 

Forest Lake Preserve

Daniel and Elizabeth Garcia sold 1854 Forest Preserve Court to Richard Hyde, as trustee, for $312,000. Built in 2003, the house has five bedrooms, three baths and 2,741 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $223,000.

 

Leisure Villas

Kyle and Samantha Struble, of New Smyrna Beach, sold 255 Leisure Circle to Kevin and Lynn Betts, of Port Orange, for $187,000. Built in 1977, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,304 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $88,900.

 

Not in Subdivision

Julie Habib, of Port Orange, sold 830 Airport Road, Unit 415, to Grace Campano, of Port Orange, for $152,500. Built in 2002, the condo has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,351 square feet.

 

Karen Teixeira sold 940 Village Trail, Unit 8-205, to David and Christina Deliman, of Port Orange, for $110,000. Built in 2003, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,006 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $78,000.

Mary and Robert Ticknor, as trustees, sold 1884 Seclusion Drive to Josef Mortl, of Port Orange, for $300,000. Built in 1996, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,715 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $335,000.

 

Dorothy Kambic, of Phoenix, sold 41 Lazy Eight Drive to Mikhail and Natallia Kavalenka, of Port Orange, for $290,000. Built in 1990, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,813 square feet.

 

Spruce Creek Village

Linda Anderson, of New Smyrna Beach, sold 417 Laurie Ave. to Blanca Properties Inc., of Port Orange, for $80,000. Built in 1986, the manufactured home has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,334 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $69,000.

 

Sunset Cove

Kaitlyn and Jose Bautista sold 3965 Sunset Cove Drive to Michael Peace, of Port Orange, for $209,000. Built in 2011, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,874 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $180,000.

 

Townhomes West

Jamie and Desiree Martinez, of Port Orange, sold 3560 Forest Branch Drive, Unit B, to Natural Gallery Investments Inc., of Daytona Beach, for $133,000. Built in 1987, the townhouse has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,560 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $149,500.

 

Waters Edge

Dorothy Kambic, of Phoenix, sold 6531 Shahab Lane to Mikhail and Natallia Kavalenka, of Port Orange, for $250,000. Built in 2002, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,623 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $202,500.

 

SOUTH DAYTONA

 

Jamie Mather, of Daytona Beach, sold 1731 Jacobs Road to Martika and Timothy Hooper, of Daytona Beach, for $179,900. Built in 1975, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,441 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $140,000.

 

Chanh and Kathryn Tran sold 2110 Oriole Lane to Joseph and Vanessa Wyatt, of South Daytona, for $178,000. Built in 1972, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,215 square feet. It sold in 1972 for $22,800.

 

Hawks Estates LLC sold 1610 S. Palmetto Ave., Unit 14, to Carter’s Homes LLC, of Daytona Beach, for $61,500. Built in 1969, the townhouse has two bedrooms, 1.5 baths and 960 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $48,500.
