Tamara Ray and Michael Clancy, of New Smyrna Beach, sold 3812 Emilia Drive to Kirk Dockendorf for $635,000. Built in 1957, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, boat dock and 2,471 square feet. It sold in 1992 for $135,000.

Allandale

Jeremy and Kristen Brock, of New Smyrna Beach, sold 5130 Pineland Ave. to Louise Carter, of Jackson, Michigan, for 140,000. Built in 2004, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,127 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $144,900.

Commonwealth

Lori Berard, as representative, sold 737 Cindy Circle to James Cuddy, of Port Orange, for $45,000. Built in 1969, the mobile home has two bedrooms, 1.5 baths and 696 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $42,500.

Countryside

Ann Donnellan, individually and as trustee, sold 954 Crystal Lake Drive to Teri and Deborah Tetzlaff, of Port Orange, for $167,500. Built in 1985, the house has two bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,139 square feet. It sold in 1985 for $70,000.

Glenwood Village

Elaine Schafer, of Port Orange, sold 1344 Ana Maria Circle to Georgeanne Kerr, of Port Orange, for $165,000. Built in 1984, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,118 square feet. It sold in 1984 for $53,500.

Oak Hammock

Deborah Dekazos sold 2959 Wild Pecan Court to Charles and Luisa Ruiz, of Port Orange, for $147,500. Built in 2000, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,376 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $127,000.

Oakland Park

Sean and Kristin Freeman, of Daytona Beach Shores, sold 465 Oakland Park Blvd. to Charles Strumpf, of Port Orange, for $455,000. Built in 2000, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,295 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $342,500.

Riverwood Plantation

Shirley Ray, individually and as trustee, sold 6208 Sequoia Drive to Leslie Flood, of Daytona Beach Shores, for $136,000. Built in 1985, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,334 square feet. It sold in 1985 for $69,300.

Sanctuary on Spruce Creek

Paul and Michelle Thiel sold 1407 Florida Moss Lane to Steven Florczak, of Baltimore, for $232,000. Built in 2000, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,490 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $234,000.

Sharan Hovey, individually and as trustee, sold 3161 Royal Birkdale Way to Richard and Jacqueline Pistell, of Port Orange, for $325,000. Built in 1988, the house has two bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,956 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $330,000.

William and Carol Morse, of New Hope, Pennsylvania, sold 1883 Seclusion Drive to Winthrop and Gloria Kretman, of Port Orange, for $274,900. Built in 1986, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,729 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $179,500.

Richie Hagy, Timothy Adkins, Callie Stapleton, James Lovett, James McLean and Amy Coral sold 788 Sugar House Drive to Matthew Hanna and Kelsey Arcieri, of Port Orange, for $176,000. Built in 1978, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,491 square feet.

SOUTH DAYTONA

Richard and Jennifer Campos, of Holly Hill, sold 146 Coral Circle to Jack Fyock Jr. for $425,000. Built in 1977, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, boat dock, swimming pool and 1,993 square feet. It sold 2003 for $332,000.

Daniel and Rachael Johnsen, of Lombard, Illinois, sold 818 Carey Drive to Mark Croutear, of South Daytona, for $263,750. Built in 1986, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,192 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $167,500.

Hans Sohlen and Nanine Swift sold 2801 S. Ridgewood Ave., Unit 805, to Carl Galante and Helene Lipson, of Greenville, South Carolina, for $230,000. Built in 2008, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,675 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $240,000.

Marjorie Hedrick sold 2102 Oak Meadow Circle to Hayrunisa Baycan, of Istanbul, Turkey, for $93,000. Built in 1985, the townhouse has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,321 square feet. It sold in 1989 for $49,900.

The Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, of Atlanta, sold 2044 Hickorywood Drive to Denise Davies, of South Daytona, for $71,000. Built in 2006, the manufactured home has two bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 2,280 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $207,255.
