The top selling residence for July 22-28 in Port Orange and South Daytona is in Spruce Creek Fly-In. Josef and Christina Grusauskas sold 2110 Springwater Lane to Charles Schaefer and Pamela Bruner, of Port Orange, for $362,500. Built in 2000, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,015 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $206,000. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.

Alandale

Dorothy Human, of Port Orange, sold 5272 Barhydt Ave. to Jackalynn Craven-Laughner and Shawn Laughner, of Port Orange, for $270,000. Built in 1960, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace and 2,219 square feet.

Barefoot Park

John and Linda Anderson, of New Smyrna Beach, sold 112 Aloha Terrace to Catalina Robiero, of Port Orange, for $70,000. Built in 1975, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,056 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $29,000.

Countryside

Barbara Norris, individually and as trustee, sold 904 N. Lakewood Terrace to Scott and Donna Blanchard, of Port Orange, for $200,000. Built in 1984, the house has two bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,309 square feet. It sold in 1989 for $72,000.

Yolanda Durant, of New Fairfield, Connecticut, sold 1014 Belleflower Drive to Maryanne Onorato, of Port Orange, for $185,800. Built in 1987, the house has two bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,485 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $180,000.

Robert and Barbara Rudoff, of North Ridgeville, Ohio, sold 1061 Crystal Creek Drive to Claude Mattingly and Amy James, of Port Orange, for $309,900. Built in 2001, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,805 square feet.

Leo and Dorothy Kanabrocki sold 1184 Sable Key Circle to Ronald and Cheryl Merino, of Port Orange, for $244,900. Built in 1998, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,030 square feet.

Joseph and Adrienne Rutten, of Port Orange, sold 1383 S. Wembley Circle to Edson and Meire Porto, of Coconut Creek, for $244,900. Built in 1991, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,519 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $130,000.
