A house in Rolling Hills Estates was the top seller for July 8-14 in Port Orange and South Daytona. James Murphy sold 630 Hills Blvd. to Jad Kazma, of Port Orange, for $600,000. Built in 2005, the house has four bedrooms, four baths, a swimming pool, separate guest quarters and 3,469 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $780,000.

Cypress Head

Anthony and Michele Faraco, of Port Orange, sold 6356 Fairway Cove Drive to Robert and LaVerne Aden, as trustees, for $485,000. Built in 1999, the house has three bedrooms, 3.5 baths and 2,664 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $410,000.

Foxboro

ENM Properties Group LLC, of Casselberry, sold 611 Touchstone Circle to Vincent and Kimberly Capone, of Port Orange, for $215,000. Built in 1978, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,440 square feet. It sold in April for $120,000.

Kingswood

Jeffrey and Kasey Meyer, of Port Orange, sold 1075 York Way to Tammy and John Niebielski, of Holly Hill, for $153,500. Built in 1981, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,236 square feet.

Oakbrook

Jessica and Elliot Eaves, of Port Orange, sold 3827 Esplanade Ave. to Diane Franco, as trustee, for $264,000. Built in 2014, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,009 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $217,700.

Port Orange Plantation

Alyson Samuels, of Port Orange, sold 5321 Peach Blossom Blvd. to Kenneth Howe, of Port Orange, for $201,000. Built in 2014, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,667 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $199,000.

Riverwood Plantation

Osprey Foundation LLC, or Ormond Beach, sold 6343 Palmas Bay Circle to Myriam and Francois Hyppolite, of Port Orange, for $380,000. Built in 1991, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 3,037 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $175,000.

Arvind and Cheryl D’Cruz, of Merritt Island, sold 6113 Sequoia Drive to Linda Mandizha, of Port Orange, for $178,500. Built in 1989, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,360 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $170,000.

Ansby Properties LLC, of Port Orange, sold 6150 Sequoia Drive to Alejandro and Rene Rodriguez, of Port Orange, for $170,000. Built in 1985, the townhouse has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace and 1,595 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $170,000.

Sanctuary on Spruce Creek

Harry and Regina Cerny sold 1410 Florida Moss Lane to Scott and Julie Weldon, of Port Orange, for $315,000. Built in 1998, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,251 square feet. It sold in 1998 for $147,260.

Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corp., of Carrollton, Texas, sold 6087 Jasmine Vine Drive to Jonathan and Nichole Strang, of Port Orange, for $230,000. Built in 1996, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,151 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $287,500.

Sleepy Hollow

Aaron and Lacey Mears, of Lee’s Summit, Missouri, sold 722 Tarry Town Trail to Rafael and Soraya Valle, of Port Orange, for $240,000. Built in 1978, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,127 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $202,500.

Donna Bartow sold 702 Kristina Court to Kortavius Day and Jena Rathell-Day, of Port Orange, for $223,000. Built in 1977, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,600 square feet. It sold in 1979 for $53,000.

Nina Richard, Sherian Swindell, and John and Sandra O’Loughlin, of Port Orange, sold 774 Horseman Drive to Mitchell Thurston and Autumn Paris, of Port Orange, for $214,900. Built in 1978, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,288 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $127,000.

Kevin and Catherine Roberts, of Port Orange, sold 3760 Fiano Drive to James and Verena Tetley, of Port Orange, for $375,000. Built in 2003, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool and 3,241 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $375,000.

Joseph Messeri, of Wimauma, sold 1696 Promenade Circle to Davide Chiericoni and Daniel Chiericoni, of Port Orange, for $399,900. Built in 2003, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool and 2,712 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $341,600.

Villages of Royal Palm

Alfred and Josephine Barbieri, of Arnold, Maryland, sold 1718 Weeping Elm Circle to William and Sandra Capuano, of Harwinton, Connecticut, for $290,000. Built in 2011, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,712 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $266,000.

Waters Edge

Richard and Judith Bodiford, sold 6600 Merryvale Lane to William and Jill Browning, of Port Orange, for $550,000. Built in 2005, the house has five bedrooms, four baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,519 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $445,000.

Ronald and Katie Olinger, of New Smyrna Beach, sold 1851 Tara Marie Lane to RedBug Forty LLC, of Winnetka, Illinois, for $250,000. Built in 2003, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,624 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $132,250.

Robert and Sharon Schneider, of Rochester, New York, sold 1109 Morgan Road to William and Patricia Jones, as trustees, for $179,000. Built in 1979, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,278 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $117,000.

Karen Albright and Marie Hartman, individually and as trustees, sold 69 Bryan Cave Road to Ronald and Joanne Speidel, of South Daytona, for $225,000. Built in 1990, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,180 square feet. It sold in 1990 for $128,600.

Orlando Realty Group LLC sold 753 Baywood Lane to Bonnie Weiler-Sagraves and Richard Sagraves, of South Daytona, for $194,000. Built in 1972, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,560 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $99,000.

Terri Walker, of Newark, Delaware, sold 2036 Green St. to Gregory Trail and Edwin Baker, of Warfordsburg, Pennsylvania, for $119,900. Built in 1965, the house has three bedrooms, 1.5 baths and 1,000 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $72,000.
