A house in the Hawks Nest Condominium Association in Spruce Creek Fly-In was the top selling residence for July 1-7 in Port Orange and South Daytona. Boyd and Judith Merrifield, of Port Orange, sold 1931 Country Club Drive, Unit 6, to John and Cecily Kinkade, of Port Orange, for $675,000. Built in 2001, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, airplane hangar and 2,684 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $450,000.

 

Countryside

Jason and Bethany Turner, of Flagler Beach, sold 751 Sandy Hill Circle to Richard Sothen, of Port Orange, for $380,000. Built in 1989, the house has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a fireplace and 2,640 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $140,000.

 

Deep Forest

Victoria Todd sold 925 Tall Pine Drive to Tyson and Keri Hillard, of Port Orange, for $228,000. Built in 1978, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,844 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $124,500.

 

Hamlet

Michael and Christa Bruno, of Deltona, sold 529 Legume Drive to Benjamin Beute, of Port Orange, for $213,000. Built in 1978, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,434 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $165,000.

 

Not in Subdivision

Richard Bibby, Jolene McAbee, Darlene Mabry and Donna Codianne sold 723 Hawks Ridge Road to Derald and Stephanie Harrington, of Port Orange, for $175,000. Built in 1984, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,477 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $92,000.

 

William and Patricia Dempsey, of Clinton, Pennsylvania, sold 940 Village Trail, Unit 8-301, to Ender and Mehmet Sokmen, of Port Orange, for $152,500. Built in 2003, the condo has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,162 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $75,500.

 

Kenneth Lipscomb, of Port Orange, sold 5232 Sydney St. to Peter Brady, of Port Orange, for $45,000. Built in 1973, the manufactured home has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,344 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $25,000.

 

Port Orange Plantation

Robert and Virginia Kuehn, of DeLeon Springs, sold 5328 Georgia Peach Ave. to Eric and Natalie Hochstetler, of Port Orange, for $269,900. Built in 2005, the house has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,449 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $284,800.

 

Riverwood

Kenneth Smith, of Ormond Beach, sold 6175 Knotty Pine to Douglas Gunsallus, of Hollidaysburg, Pennsylvania, for $331,000. Built in 2002, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,223 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $271,500.

 

Riverwood Plantation

Sibyl Koenig, of Burlington, Wisconsin, and Eddie Andrak, of Burbank, Illinois, and Jeanne Kroos, of South Daytona, and John Scheller, of Dade City, and Daniel Scheller, of Port Orange  sold 6184 Yellowstone Drive to Sean and Lindsay Jakober, of Port Orange, for $230,000. Built in 1990, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,740 square feet. It sold in 1990 for $111,800.

 

Kristine Cravener, individually and as trustee, sold 6218 Yosemite Drive to Mark and Michele Kupcso, of Highland Park, Illinois, for $205,000. Built in 1986, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,428 square feet. It sold in 1986 for $110,200.

 

Spruce Creek Fly-In

Andrew Franzone sold 3187 Steamboat Ridge Road to Angela Kelly and Matthew Kelly, of Port Orange, for $347,000. Built in 1993, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,765 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $315,000.

 

Dana Stephens, of Port Orange, sold 3241 Vail View Drive to Gerry Miskowicz, of Port Orange, for $247,500. Built in 1989, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,828 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $260,000.

 

Summerfield

Michael and Sharon Mabry, of New Smyrna Beach, sold 6096 Summerlake Drive to Jeffrey Davis, of Port Orange, for $249,900. Built in 2000, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,499 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $152,500.

Earl Thomas Brandon LTD, of Ontario, Canada, sold 142 Westgate Drive to Donna Trabucchi and Gavin Powers, of Port Orange, for $79,100. Built in 1988, the manufactured home has two bedrooms, two baths and 812 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $43,000.

 

Charles Thibault sold 48 Golden Gate Circle to Gibran Eliopoulos, of Port Orange, for $60,000. Built in 1978, the manufacture home has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,056 square feet. It sold in 1980 for $9,000.

 

Willow Run

Robert and Jenny Owens sold 1218 Franklin Drive to Judith Bibik and Robert Wulfekuhl, of Port Orange, for $192,000. Built in 1983, the house has two bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,445 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $109,900.

 

Becky Brady, of Decatur, Illinois, sold 1182 Tracy Drive to Ernest and Raquel Simmons, of Port Orange, and Edson Abadia Sr., of Port Orange, for $178,000. Built in 1980, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,176 square feet. It sold in 1988 for $60,000.

 

Eric Stoner, of Arvada, Colorado, sold 1174 Tracy Drive to Jeffery Arnold, of Port Orange, for $176,500. Built in 1980, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,200 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $135,000.

 

Denise VanWinkle, of Port Orange, sold 1111 Blueberry Drive to James Gould, of Port Orange, for $170,000. Built in 1978, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,307 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $134,900.

 

SOUTH DAYTONA

 

John and Carol Lastinger sold 2222 Kenilworth Ave. to Alan and Teri Moyer, of South Daytona, for $175,000. Built in 1968, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,225 square feet. It sold in 1999 for $66,000.

 

Carole Lytle, of Ormond Beach, sold 356 Linda Circle to GK Investments Edgewater LLC, of Canandaigua, New York, for $117,000. Built in 1959, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 816 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $89,000.

 

Warren Robbins sold 480 Reed Canal Road, Unit 16, to Domenica Glavan, of South Daytona, for $83,500. Built in 1986, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,024 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $56,000.
