PALM COAST BUSINESS ACTIVITY

According to Palm Coast’s Business Assistance Center, the following companies were issued business tax receipts May 27 to May 31:

• Coastal Rehab & Sports Medicine LLC is at 520 Palm Coast Parkway.
• Home-based businesses: Eagle Lawn Corp., a landscaping service; Gary Matheny Lawn Care, a landscaping service; IMV Software LLC, a website design service; Penn Pro, a consulting service; Ronald Johnson Property Maintenance, a handyman service; Tony Cook Handyman Service; The Shabby Shoppe, an arts and crafts service; Brick Trading Company, an Internet service; Palm Coast Organics, an unclassified personal service; Terry Lyn Repoza’s Cleaning, a janitorial service; and A & P Home Maintenance, a handyman service.

PALM COAST PERMITS
The following is an update for permit activity in the city May 24 to May 28. Total number of all permits issued: 132.

Commercial permit applications received:
• Servpro of Flagler County applied for a $12,000 permit for interior renovations to 5625 N. U.S. Highway 1.
• The Chiefs Landscaping applied for a $5,000 permit for landscape modifications to 3 Boulder Rock Drive.

Commercial permits issued:
• SE Cline Construction was issued a $354,000 permit for subdivision modifications to Grand Landings, Phase 1.
• T-Con Group was issued a $25,000 permit for interior renovations to Focaccia Restaurant at 85 Cypress Point Parkway, Unit 9.
• Duda Pools was issued an $8,000 permit for a lift for a swimming pool at 2 Village Parkway N.
• Duda Pools was issued an $8,000 permit for a lift for a swimming pool at 2001 Waterside Parkway.

Residential permits issued:
• KB Homes of Jacksonville was issued a $222,000 permit for a single-family residence at 127 S. Hummingbird Place.
• Seagate Homes LLC was issued a $218,000 permit for a single-family residence at 18 Bobbi Lane.
• Paytas Homes was issued a $192,000 permit for a single-family residence at 38 Arrowhead Drive.
• Delaney Project Management was issued a $90,000 permit for a single-family residence at 29 Pope Lane.
• Dacom Home Accents was issued a $38,000 permit for an addition to 90 Burning Bush Drive.
• Blue Crown Construction was issued a $10,000 permit for an addition to 33 Buffalo Grove Drive.
• Encompass Aluminum was issued a $7,600 permit for an addition to 40 Pittman Drive.
• Jesse Bilinski was issued a $2,400 permit for alterations to 60 Fleming Court.
• Palm Coast Residential Services was issued a $2,350 permit for alterations to 18 Palm Leaf Lane.
• Pool Captain Corp. was issued a $2,000 permit for an addition to 2 Boyd Place.
• WR Construction was issued a $1,560 permit for alterations to 5 Zelda Court.
• WR Construction was issued a $1,440 permit for alterations to 57 Courtney Place.
