The Young Professionals Group of Flagler County gathered Wednesday, Feb. 6, for its monthly social and networking event.
The new board of the YPG was recently installed. Board members are Wes Germano, John Distler, Shelley Chapman, Ron Hertel, Melissa Moore Stens, Kyeesha Cannon, Meredith Rodriguez and Jaclyn Centofanti.
The new board has been meeting to discuss future changes and progressions with the group, including ways to grow membership.
“We are trying to create subcommittees to coordinate programs to get more people involved,” said Germano, president of YPG.
The next social will be 6 p.m. March 6, at Farley’s Irish Pub. Socials are held the first Wednesday of every month. Currently, everyone is welcome to attend. YPG members and first time guests are free, chamber members cost $10 and non-members cost $20.
