Howard and Robin Sullivan, of Palm Coast, sold 18 San Gabriel Lane to Elaine Bowman, of Palm Coast, for $835,000. Built in 2002, the house has four bedrooms, four baths and 3,296 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $206,000.

Cypress Knoll
Nilgun and Abdullah Erdal, of Santa Clara, California, sold 26 Edgely Lane to Vivienne and Kenneth Campbell, of Bronx, New York, for $190,000. Built in 2004, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,920 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $255,000.

Joan Yetter, of Palm Coast, sold 36 Edgely Lane to Virginia Kelly, of Delray Beach, for $190,000. Built in 2000, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,851 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $138,000.
