James and Maria Butler, of Palm Coast, sold 200 Riverfront Drive, Unit A201, to Roland and Dianne Robichaud, of Palm Coast, for $312,000. Built in 2006, the condo has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,167 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $475,600.

Thomas Barker, individually and as trustee, sold 80 Surfview Drive, Unit 611, to Charles and Marianne Claysmith, of St. Augustine, for $293,000. Built in 2003, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,398 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $380,000.

Thomas and Rosemary Trageman, of Ambler, Pennsylvania, sold 300 Canopy Walk Lane, Unit 331, to Raena and Matthew Goldberg, as trustees, for $275,000. Built in 2005, the condo has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,712 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $352,600.
