Joseph and Carolyn Lee, of Palm Coast, sold 130 Island Estates Parkway to Samuel and Denise Jenkins, of Stuart, for $1,380,000. Built in 2000, the house has four bedrooms, four baths, three half-baths, a boat house, boat dock, swimming pool, fireplace and 6,048 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $2,400,000.

Palm Coast

Jeffrey Hill, of Bemidji, Minnesota, sold 400 Cinnamon Beach Way, Unit 324, to Christopher and Kelly O’Connor, of Winter Garden, for $264,000. Built in 2005, the condo has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,682 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $566,100.

Equity Holdings and Investments Inc., of Ormond Beach, sold 6 Cool Water Court to Norman and Cindy Harris, of Palm Coast, for $245,000. Built in 1985, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a boat dock and 1,555 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $378,000.

Thaddeus Szumilas, of Barrington, Illinois, sold 104 Surfview Drive to Janey Barresi, of Palm Coast, for $242,500. Built in 1992, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,158 square feet. It sold in 1992 for $146,900.

Raymond and Samantha Knowles sold 645 County Road 140 to Dalibor and Alena Vasicek, of Bunnell, for $230,000. Built in 1990, the house has two bedrooms, two baths, a barn and 1,446 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $177,000.
