Jesse and Catherine Barrack, of Palm Coast, sold 3 Cedarford Court to Justin and Nicole Hooper, of Palm Coast, for $510,000. Built in 1986, the house has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths, swimming pool, fireplace, boat house, boat dock and 2,959 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $395,000.

Clifford IRA, individually and as trustee, sold 200 Bella Harbor Courtto Mario and Vicki Tristani, of Jacksonville, for $152,000. Built in 2006, the condo has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,804 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $324,000.

Pamela Gosselin, of St. Simons Island, Georgia, sold 59 Village Circle to Mark and Alicja Sulczynski, of Palm Coast, for $135,000. Built in 1982, the condo has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,470 square feet.

Deutsche Bank National Trust Co., as trustee, sold 13 Zephyr Lily Place to Brittany Bracewell, of Bunnell, for $120,000. Built in 1999, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,601 square feet.

Barry Naus, of Palm Coast, sold 32 Hembury Lane, Unit 32, to Patricia Mason, of McDonough, Georgia, for $105,000. Built in 1985, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,098 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $147,900.

Judith and Kirk Bingham, of Columbia, Maryland, sold 33 Fairways Circle, Unit 33, to Megan Johnson, of Palm Coast, for $94,000. Built in 1980, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,150 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $67,500.
