State Road 100); Artistic Designs by Knight (160 Cypress Point Parkway); Charles Umpenhour Inc. / Real Estate (395 Palm Coast Parkway); Eneida Gomez M.D. / Psychiatry (4865 Palm Coast Parkway); and First Choice Automotive Restoration and Repair (2 Market Place).
A $7,500 commercial certificate of occupancy was issued to Caprock LLC, for Learning Local / Internet Software at 145 City Place.
A $2,300 commercial permit was also issued to Kanley McGee Inc., for JMJ Tobacco at 800 Belle Terre Parkway.
The largest residential permit of the week was issued to Flagler Habitat, for a $150,000 single-family residence at 12 Royal Palm Lane. The largest renovation permits was the week were issued to Master Garage Builders., for two $19,000 detachable garages at 18 Walton Place and 92 Prince Eric Lane.
