An oceanfront penthouse condo with a gourmet kitchen, two balconies and an ocean view was the top real estate transaction for the week of May 12-18. Judith Gibbs, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 7 Avenue De La Mer to Devinder and Satinder Bhasin, of Orefield, Pennsylvania, for $936,000. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, three bathrooms and 2,843 square feet of living space. The home previously sold in 2012 for $1.4 million.

Bunnell

Hancock Bank, of New Orleans, Louisiana, sold the home at 1215 County Road 304 to Robert and Nancy Gibbs, of Flagler Beach, for $300,100. Built in 2009, it has four bedrooms, three bathrooms and 3,211 square feet of living space.

Sandra Buckles, of Bunnell, sold the home at 13715 State Road 100 W. to Roy Taylor Sr., of Bunnell, for $158,000. Built in 1984, it has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,872 square feet of living space.

Jennifer Giblin, of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 111 Lemon St. to Ronald and Tiffany Harrington, of Bunnell, for $155,000. Built in 1969, it has three bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and 1,534 square feet of living space.

Canopy Walk

River’s Edge Management Group LLC, of Boynton Beach, sold the home at 400 Canopy Walk Lane to Antonine and Maria Boerger, of Los Angeles, California, for $310,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,712 square feet of living space.

Cypress Knoll

Dale McCallen, of Boynton Beach, sold the home at 16 Edith Lane to Joel and Molly Jacob, of Ponte Vedra, for $180,500. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,860 square feet of living space.

Flagler Beach

Nunziato and Maria Osso, of Lake Worth, sold the home at 1313 N. Oceanshore Blvd. to Roger and Joann Soman, of Flagler Beach, for $488,000. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and 1,860 square feet of living space.

Kenneth and Sharon Mattison, of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 9 Trail Run to Promisor Relocation LLC, of Chicago, Illinois, for $466,000. Built in 2003, it has five bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and 3,374 square feet of living space. The home previously sold in 2013 for $465,000.

Paul and Emily Ross, of Ventura, California, sold the home at 2724 N. Oceanshore Blvd. to Jerilyn Wharton, of Bronx, New York, for $460,000. Built in 1998, it has four bedrooms, three bathrooms and 3,004 square feet of living space. The home previously sold in 2013 for $440,000.

Kristine Bernard, of Saginaw, Michigan, sold the home at 1021 Flagler Ave to Tom Mobbs and Janis Garramone, of White Lake, New York, for $250,000. Built in 1982, it has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,355 square feet of living space. The home previously sold in 2004 for $262,000.

Grand Haven

Arthur and Cheryl Lazarus, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 29 Shinnecock Drive to Diana and Edward Pakal, of Port Washington, New York, for $424,000. Built in 1999, it has four bedrooms, three bathrooms and 3,230 square feet of living space. The home previously sold in 2009 for $325,000.

Deutsche Bank, of Chandler, Arizona, sold the home at 8 Village Drive N. to Lynn Taylor and Samuel Medjuck, of Palm Coast, for $287,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, three bathrooms and 2,799 square feet of living space.

Kenneth and Linda Doerr, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 66 Breeze Hill Lane to Fran and Jessie Szmajlo, of Palm Coast, for $228,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,932 square feet of living space. The home previously sold in 2005 for $261,000.

Michael and Karen Doney, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 116 Bren Mar Lane to Atonia and Carole Weatherman, of Palm City, for $240,000. Built in 1994, it has three bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and 2,144 square feet of living space. The home previously sold in 2001 for $135,000.

Maurice and Muriel Schlefstein, of Statin Island, New York, sold the home at 4 Campbell Court to David Siefker, of St. Augustine, for $199,900. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,411 square feet of living space.

Dawn Roffey, of Ocoee, sold the home at 72 Woodbury Drive to Jonathan and Arlene Line, of Palm Coast, for $217,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 2,204 square feet of living space. The home previously sold in 2004 for $212,400.

Anthony Catalano and Nanette Korte, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 76 Westmoreland Drive to Victoria Letourneau and Bryan Doehr, of Palm Coast, for $175,000. Built in 1987, it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,664 square feet of living space.
