A Flagler County jury took just 20 minutes Sept. 20 to find Erin Vickers, 23, guilty of raping her one-year-old daughter.

Vickers was convicted of capital sexual battery and promoting sexual performance by a child after a three-day trial presided over by Judge Dennis Craig.

She has not yet been sentenced: That will happen when other pending charges — of which there are 47 — are dealt with.

The prosecutors in the case were Assistant State Attorney Jason Lewis and Assistant State Attorney Joe Ledonne. Vickers was defended by Palatka-based attorney Garry Wood.
