PALM COAST BUSINESS ACTIVITY
According to Palm Coast’s Business Assistance Center, the following companies were issued business tax receipts Nov. 26 to Nov. 30:

• AAA All Florida Transportation is a home-based taxi business.
• Yomii Frozen Yogurt is an eating establishment at 800 Belle Terre Parkway.
• Dave McMillans Homeworks is a home-based painting service.
• Casual Creations by Leia Schulze is a home-based arts and crafts company.
• Be Happy T’s is a home-based, Internet-based company.
• Tracey Heatwole Insurance Service is a home-based insurance company.

The following is an update for permit activity in the city Nov. 15 to Nov. 29. Total number of all permits issued: 140.

Commercial permit applications received:
• Slone Construction applied for a $230,000 permit for interior renovations to 101 Palm Harbor Parkway, B114.
•Keep it Clean Inc. applied for a $4,000 permit for two pool lift chairs and a spa lift chair at 400 Old Kings Road.
• Willett Signs & Service LLC applied for a $2,400 permit for awnings for Carrabba’s Italian Grill at 160 Cypress Edge Drive.

Commercial permits issued:
• CF Knight was issued a $55,100 permit for interior renovations to 20 Cypress Point Parkway.
• Paul Culver Construction was issued a $48,000 permit for an addition to 264 Palm Coast Parkway N.E.
• RJ Landscape Contractors was issued a $37,000 permit for landscaping for Carrabba’s Italian Grill at 160 Cypress Edge Drive.
• Commercial Construction was issued a $7,600 permit for interior renovations at 2000 Canopy Walk.
• MG McCandless Construction was issued a $6,500 permit for interior renovations at 3 Florida Park Drive, Unit D.

Residential permits issued:
• Vanacore Construction Inc. was issued a $476,000 permit for a single-family residence at 2 Eric Place.
• New Coastal Homes Inc. was issued a $384,000 permit for a single-family residence at 123 Longview Way N.
• New Coastal Homes Inc. was issued a $301,000 permit for a single-family residence at 90 Franciscan Lane.
• Vanacore Construction Inc. was issued a $289,000 permit for a single-family residence at 23 Edison Lane.
• A Certified Screen was issued a $50,000 permit for an addition to 12 Willow Place.
• Jose Lopez Construction was issued a $49,000 permit for an addition to 41 Cimmaron Drive.
• Viking Contractors was issued a $31,000 permit for an addition to 6 Whitney Place.
• Jose Lopez Construction was issued an $18,600 permit for interior alterations to 45 Arrowhead Drive.
• Ahmed Alshehry was issued a $16,000 permit for interior alterations to 8 Crossgate Court E.
• Dacom Home Accents was issued an $11,000 permit for an addition to 4 East Place.
• Intervest Construction was issued a $10,300 permit for an addition to 108 Piedmont Drive
• Pool Captain Corp. was issued an $8,800 permit for an addition to 11 Heron court.
• Intercoastal Construction was issued a $6,000 permit for an addition to 26 Seward Trail.
• US Aluminum Services as issued a $2,100 permit for an addition to 9 N. Park Lane.
• Budd Severino Advanced Home Exteriors Inc. was issued a $1,700 permit for an addition to 133 Persimmon Drive.
• Oceanside Homes & Remodeling was issued a $1,400 permit for an addition to 51 Franciscan Lane.

Occupancy permits issued:
• Lowe Enterprises Shared Service claimed occupancy at 31 Lupi Court.
• Hearing Centers of America claimed occupancy at 1000 Palm Coast Parkway S.W. 109 and 110.

Commercial certificates of occupancy issued:
• T-Con Group was issued a commercial certificate of occupancy for The Beauty Factor, at 10 Cypress Point Parkway, Suite 104.

+ FLAGLER BEACH PERMITS

The following is an account of permits issued in Flagler Beach between Nov. 17 and Nov. 23:
• 3 Dimension Construction Inc. was issued a $20,175 permit for renovations to 305 3rd St.
• R&K Certified Roofing was issued a $7,600 permit for reroofing at 307 N. 12th St.
• Viking Contractors was issued a $6,950 permit for replacing a second-floor deck at 1472 Grand Ave.
