PALM COAST BUSINESS ACTIVITY

According to Palm Coast’s Business Assistance Center, the following companies were issued business tax receipts Jan. 7-11:

• Bonaccorsy & Fuller P.A. is a law firm at 5 Boulder Rock Drive.
• Fuelbrite LLC is a company at 3 Industry Drive.
• Express Vault LLC is an administrative support service at 9 Harbor Center Drive.
• Grub Runner is a home-based company.
• Bela Gyorko Handyman Service is a home-based company.

PALM COAST PERMITS

The following is an update for permit activity in the city Jan. 3-9. Total number of all permits issued: 113.

Commercial permit applications received:
• Sun Coast Roofing Services applied for a $7,000 permit for a reroofing at 5500 Belle Terre Parkway.

Residential permits issued:
• Vanacore Construction was issued a $212,000 permit for a single-family residence at 54 Evans Drive.
• DR Horton was issued a $186,000 permit for a single-family residence at 17 Graham Trail.
• Raszl Inc. was issued a $14,000 permit for an addition to 30 Southlake Drive.
• Hammock Home Improvements was issued an $8,000 permit for an addition to 24 Carlson Lane.
• Aluminum Creations was issued a $4,174 permit for an addition to 100 Webster Lane.
• Andrew Miklos was issued a $3,000 permit for an addition to 52 White Feather Lane.
• Danilo Gaitan was issued a $1,500 permit for an addition to 100 Webster Lane.

Occupancy permits issued:
• Gubala of Florida Inc. claimed occupancy at 2 Market Place Unit B.
• Babaccorsy and Fuller PA claimed occupancy at 5 Boulder Rock Drive Unit F.
• Fuel Brite LLC claimed occupancy at 3 Industry Drive Unit 1.
