Belle Terre

JKR Investment Group sold the home at 14 Palmer Lane to Nancy Berard, of Palm Coast, for $172,000. Built in 1986, it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a swimming pool and 1,590 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $190,000.

Wesley and Vicki Stophel, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 2 Perrotti Lane to Christine Parker and Anna Brennan, of Palm Coast, for $172,500. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spa, swimming pool and 1,572 square feet of living area. It was sold in 2008 for $175,000.

Grand Haven

Karen and Frank Sartiano, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 6 Augusta Trail to Gary and Suzanne Leader, of Palm Coast, for $305,000. Built in 1999, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a spa and 2,358 square feet of living area. In 2008 it sold for $350,000.

Paul and Linda Steggerda sold the home at 55 Lagare Street to Gary Lee Amy and Adele Sanders for $370,000. Built in 2003 it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fireplace and 2,066 square feet of living area.

Fannie Mae National Mortgage Association sold the home at 76 Southlake Drive to Samuel Medjuck and Lynn Taylor, of Palm Coast, for $265,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, one half bath, a pool and 2,364 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $424,000.

Fannie Mae National Mortgage Association sold the home at 71 Southlake Drive to Kayla Bryant and Nicholas Klufas, of Palm Coast, for $220,001. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a pool, spa and 1,846 square feet of living area. It sold in 2003 for $59,500.

Indian Trails

Lindsay Tietje, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 9 Bronson Lane to Edna Burns, of Palm Coast, for $140,000. Built in 1992, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,500 square feet of living area. It sold in 2001 for $95,000.

Lehigh Woods

Mary Carrion, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 62 Ramblewood Drive to Brian Roets, of Palm Coast, for $144,000. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,641 square feet of living area. It sold in 1999 for $85,200.

Joshuah and Leah Sessions, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 5 Riptide Place to Paul Scavetta, of Palm Coast, for $153,000. Built in 1997, it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a brick driveway, pool, wooden deck and 1,382 square feet of living area. It sold in 2013 for $144,900.

Robert and Jennifer Dobyns, of Berkeley Springs, West Virginia, sold the home at 31 Russkin Lane to Rita Mushaev and Laura Itskovich, of Brooklyn, for $168,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a fireplace and 2,971 square feet of living area. In 2012 it sold for $137,500.

Antonio and Maria Vieira, of Westport, Massachusetts, sold the home at 105 Ryan Drive to Florie Asuncion, of Palm Coast, for $163,500. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,662 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $224,900.

Timothy Houghton sold the home at 10 Ryecast Place to John and Amber Curry, of Palm Coast, for $108,900. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,114 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $164,000.

Matanzas Woods

Roger and Marie McManus, of Franklin, North Carolina, sold the home at 20 Lee Drive to Vladmiro and Susan Teixeira, of Palm Coast, for $130,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,367 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $185,000.

Ocean Shore

Donald Elseman and Melody Elsman, of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 2935 Ocean Shore Blvd to Wes and Heidi Bonnett, of Lake Hamilton, for $569,000. Built in 1994, with one bedroom, one bathroom, a fireplace and 1,000 square feet of living area. It sold in 2003 for $490,000.

Palm Harbor

Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation sold the home at 14 Claridge to Matthew and Saleena Randolph for $230,000. Built in 1978, it has four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a boat dock, swimming pool, and 2,717 square feet of living area. In 2005 it sold for $141,000.

Conrad Stegner, of Tampa, sold the home at 30 Cool Water Court to Carmen Strohbach, of Central, South Carolina, for $250,000.

Built in 1979, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a boat dock and 1,748 square feet of living area. In 2003 it sold for $220,000.

Joaquim and Grace Baltasar, of Ludlow, Massachusetts, sold the home at 7 Flaxton Lane to Mario and Irene Goncalves, of Elizabeth, New Jersey, for $205,000. Built in 2005 it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 2,293 square feet of living area. It sold in 2013 for $210,000.

Pebble Beach Village

Gail Brodeur and Clive Charest, of Ormond Beach, sold the home at 4 Windsong Court to Joan Davis, of Fagler Beach, for $215,000. Built in 1979, it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,348 square feet of living area. It sold in 2008 for $11,642.

Pine Grove

Hammock Development sold the home at 67 Parkview Drive to Katherine Church, of The Villages, for $165,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,717 square feet of living area. It sold in 2014 for $120,000.

Jared Dawson and Samantha Marcalo, of Watertown, New York, sold the home at 14 Pony Lane to Jason and Erica Curry of Palm Coast, for $135,000. Built in 1996, it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,439 square feet of living area. It sold in 2013 for $85,000.

Pine Lakes

Fannie Mae National Mortgage Association sold the home at 20 Wasserman Drive to Stanley Orzechowski and Curtis Skeete, of Palm Coast, for $119,000. Built in 1988, it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,738 square feet of living area. It sold in 2003 for $140,000.

James and Christina Bagnoli, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 2 Weiss Place to Diane Villano, of Schenectady, New York, for $174,900. Built in 1986, it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,481 square feet of living area. It sold in 2011 for $119,000.

Edna Smith, of Groton, Massachusetts, sold the home at 222 Wellington Drive to Lorraine Capone, of West Milford, New Jersey, for $152,000. Built in 1989, it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,882 square feet of living space. It was sold in 1990 for $119,000.

Paul Janaszek, of Nutley, New Jersey, sold the home at 2 White Horse Lane to John Plunchino, of White Stone, New York, for $160,000. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,896 square feet of living area. It sold in 2003 for $97,900.

Sugar Mill Plantation

U.S. Bank National Association sold the home at 4 Audubon Lane to Yordanis Gonzalez, of Deltona, for $424,500. Built in 2002, it has four bedrooms, three bathrooms, one half bath, a spa, swimming pool and 4,256 square feet of living area.

Seminole Woods

K Investment Properties sold the home at 21 Seamaiden Path to Paul and Eileen Trucksess, of Palm Coast, for $189,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, two bathrooms and 2,255 square feet of living area. It sold in January this year for $80,000.

Quail Hollow

Regions Bank sold the home at 10 Zorro Court to Adams Homes of Northwest Florida for $198,900. Built in 2015, it has four bedrooms, two bathrooms and 2,330 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $62,000.
