A Palm Coast home tops this week's sales list for Flagler County residential real estate transactions for the week of May 25-31. Shirley Frank, Mary Moore, Timothy Moore, Kevin Moore, Patrick Moore, Kathleen Moore, Colleen Moore, Mary Tighe, Brian Tighe and Matthew Tighe, of East Lansing, Mich., sold the home at 56 Oceanside Drive to Charles Cifuni and Wende Clemente, of Malden, Mass., for $389,000. Built in 1978, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,975 square feet of living area. It sold in 1997 for $149,000.

Cheri Kenyon and Diane Paull, of Asheville, N.C., sold the home at 1439 Flagler Ave. S. to Darla and Christopher Stewart, of Orlando, for $230,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,360 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $350,000.

Kenneth and Ellen Davis, of Grantsville, Ga., sold the home at 628 Cumberland Drive to Ricardo and Maggie Gil, of Flagler Beach, for $310,000. Built in 1984, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a boat dock and lift and 2,520 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $545,000.

Grand Haven
Suzanne Delman, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 84 Southlake Drive to Susan Quatela, of Incline Village, Nev., for $315,000. Built in 2008, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool, a summer kitchen and 2,165 square feet of living area. It sold in 2012 for $351,000.

Charles and Suomi Amodeo, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 7 Rocking Lane to Kregg and Sebrina Rothrock, of Macungie, Pa., for $173,500. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,016 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $210,000.

Daryl and Deborah Rashkin, of Port St. Lucie, sold the condo at 35 Riverview Bend S., Unit 1842, to Donna Castle, of Victor, N.Y., for $255,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,007 square feet of living area.
Jack and Edna Faulkner, of Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada, sold the condo at 115 Riverview Bend S., Unit 1575, to Serge Vallee and Marie Chamberland, of Quebec, Canada, for $200,000. Joseph and Holly Merrill, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 55 Blakemore Drive to Christopher Mack, of Bayside, N.Y., for $59,900. Built in 1980, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,344 square feet of living area. It sold in 2003 for $106,000.
