An Ocean Hammock home tops the sales list for Flagler County residential real estate transactions the week of May 28 to June 3. English Family Limited Partnership sold the home at 532 Cinnamon Beach Lane to Sabrina Bent, of New Orleans, Louisiana, for $1,875,000. Built in 2007, it has five bedrooms, five baths, elevator, dune walk, spa and 5,941 square feet of living area. 

PALM COAST

Belle Terre

U.S. Bank National Trust sold the home at 19 Banton Lane to Richard and Barbara Rothfeld, of Palm Coast, for $77,000. Built in 1980, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,358 square feet of living area.

Bulow Woods

Miriam and George Revels, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 4012 John Anderson Hwy to Robert and Katheryn Lassiter, of Palm Coast, for $290,000. Built in 1994, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace and 2,528 square feet of living area. It sold in 1989 for 33,000.

Fuquay

Michael Flank and Janet Redes, of Flagler Beach, sold the home of 1732 Oceanshore Blvd S. to Bernard and Ramona Ryan, of Flagler Beach, for $600,000. Built in 2013, it has three bedrooms, three bathrooms and 2,782 square feet of living space. It sold in 2013 for $145,000.

Grand Haven

US Bank National Association sold the home at 42 Eastlake Drive to Maria Stefan Dogar, Sorin Stefan Dogar and Claudio Marinesco, of Palm Coast, for $300,000. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a summer kitchen and 2,773 square feet of living area. It was sold in 2013 for $100,100.

Donald Hayes Jr, of Kissimmee, sold the home at 78 Lagare Street to William Brunk, of Columbus, Ohio, for $427,000. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and one partial bath, a spa, swimming pool and 2,805 square feet of living area. It sold in 2004 for 510,000. 

Hammock Dunes

Nicholas and Cari Carrube, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 16 Madeira Court, to Andreas and Kathryn Guerke, of Fort Lauderdale, for $345,000. Built in 1993, it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, one half bath, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,511 square feet of living area. It sold in 2011 for $250,000.

Indian Trails

Lucile Clermont, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 66 Beaverdam Lane to Clifton Bowes III, of Palm Coast, for $128,000. Built in 1987, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,412 square feet of living area.

Edwin and Nancy Davis, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 2 Becket Lane to Thomas and Birgit Earley, of Palm Coast, for $135,900. Built in 1985, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,474 square feet of living area. It sold in 2014 for $98,000.

Fannie Mae sold the home at 6 Bolling Lane to Maria Fritzsche, of Palm Coast, for $171,900. Built in 1996, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,791 square feet of living area. It sold in 2007 for $ 210,000.

Marian Morrissey, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 140 Brookside Lane to Richard and Carolyn Ellis, of Palm Coast, for $199,000. Built in 1996, it has three bedrooms, two baths, pool and 2,086 square feet of living area.

Alan Reider, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 17 Brunett Lane to Mary and Kenneth Thomason, of Palm Coast, for $180,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,963 square feet of living area. It sold in 2014 for $136,500.

Matanzas Woods

Christ and Marlene Trizis, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 8 Largo Place to Dawn and Clint Weathers, of Palm Coast for$139,000. Built in 1986, it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a swimming pool and 1,718 square feet of living space. It sold in 1983 at $10,600.

Matthew and Kimberly Lee, of St. Johns, sold the home of 44 Leidel Drive to Jeffery and Tiffany Morton, of Palm Coast, at $235,500. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, two baths, one half bath and 2,363 square feet of living area. It sold in 2003 for $36,000.

Palm Harbor

Neil and Lois Copeland, of Palm Coast, sold the home to David Armillei, of Cumming Georgia, for $460,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, three baths, one half bath, pool, spa, fireplace and 3,040 square feet of living space. It sold in 2005 for $200,000.

Gerda Fraude, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 10 Collier Court to Jeffery and Nancy Kermath, of Muskegon, Michigan for $330,000. Built in 1994, it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 2,231 square feet of living area.

Edward Wagner, of York, Pennsylvania, sold the home at 48 Columbia Lane to Judith Marques, of Palm Coast, for $320,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths, one half bath, a boat lift, boat dock and 2,012 square feet of living area.

Christopher and Laura Bukolt, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 51 Farraday Lane to Navy Federal Credit Union, for $224,000. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool, boat dock and 1,252 square space of living area.

Homeliving LLC sold the home at 38 Fircrest Lane to Robert and Joann Jackson, of Palm Coast, for $257,500. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths, swimming pool and 1,917 square feet of living area.

In 2004 it sold for $178,000.

Irene Evans, of Wake Forest, North Carolina, sold the home 15 Fort Caroline Court to Douglas Seitz, of Palm Coast, for $210,000. Built in 1978, it has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, one half bath, a swimming pool and 2,092 square feet of living area.

Pine Grove

Fisher Design Company sold the home at Pin Oak Drive to Karen and Daniel karkos, of Fredericksburg, Virginia, for $128,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,317 square feet of living area. It sold in 2003 for $118,900.

William and Nancy Foran, of Jonesborough, Tennessee, sold the home at 223 Pine Grove Drive to Paul and Janice Bertram, of Palm Coast, for $125,000. Built in 1989, it has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,301 square feet of living area. It sold in 2014 for $105,000.

Monica Carrington, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 40 Poinsettia Lane to William and Carol Deck, of Damascus, Maryland, for $135,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,544 square feet of living area. It sold in 2003 for $139,900.

Pine Lakes

Yvonne, Joy, Winston, Eric, Karyn, Keith Williams and Jeanine Wilson, of Atlanta, sold the home at 56 Mount Vernon Lane to Allen and Sharon Johnson, of Palm Coast, for $242,000. Built in 1999, it has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spa, pool, fireplace and 2,448 square feet of living area. In 2004 it sold for $290,000.

Quail Hollow

Jesuino and Conceicao Carvalho, of Palm Coast, sold their home at 106 Karas Trail to Marco Alvarez and Cassandra Alvarez, of Palm Coast, for $175,000. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, two full baths, one partial bath 2,944 square feet of living area. It sold in 2009 for $174,000.

Yolanda Cammock and David Willis, of Antelope California, sold the home at 36 Karas Trail to Frances and Barbara Ross, of Edgewater, for $143,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,790 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $234,900.

Eline Hakim, Michelle Crawford and Anastasia Punchard, of Pomona, California, sold the home at 5 Katrina Court to Jennifer Ray, of Heathrow, for $132,500. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,575 square feet of living area. It sold in 2004 for $29,000.

Woodlands

Rose Todsic, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 13 Blackberry Place to Daniel and Amy Moore, of Palm Coast, for $177,500. Built in 1988, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool, a spa and 2,231 square feet of living area.
