A house with a saltwater swimming pool and a walk to the beach was the top real estate transaction for March 3 through March 9 in Palm Coast. Joseph and Linda Malinosky, of Milford, New Jersey, sold the home at 26 Moody Drive to William and Margaret Callaghan, of Frederick, Maryland, for $424,500. Built in 2008, it has three bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and 2,041 square feet of living space.

INDIAN TRAILS

Linda Rogers, of Covington, Georgia, sold the home at 4 Buttonwood Lane to Yakov Shartsznyd and Joan Eisen, of Cresskill, New Jersey, for $165,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, three bathrooms and 2,135 square feet of living space. The home previously sold in 2010 for $95,000.

Rosa Skolinsky and Maria Martinez, of Pembroke Pines, sold the home at 92 Barrington Drive to David and Kaboula Sheehy, of Palm Coast, for $227,500. Built in 1997, it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 2,122 square feet of living space. The home previously sold in 2006 for $345,000.

BCM Property Holdings, Inc., of Boca Raton, sold the home at 232 Bird of Paradise Drive to Wayne and Meaghan Picozzi, of Palm Coast, for $169,900. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and has 2,340 square feet of living space. The home previously sold in 2004 for $165,000.

FLAGLER BEACH

James and Maureen Wright, of Flagler Beach, sold the home 304 Fourth St. to Gary and Colleen Hinebaugh, of Charlotte, North Carolina, for $230,000. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,108 square feet of living space. The home previously sold in 2004 for $215,000.

PALM HARBOR

Amaral Custom Homes, Inc., of Palm Coast, sold the home at 27 Columbus Court to Jose Arrojado, of Naugatuck, Connecticut, for $325,000.  Built in 2014, it has three bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and 2,351 square feet of living space.

Louis and Deborah LaFreniere, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 9 Claridge Court S. to David and Teresa Bowers, of Palm Coast, for $230,500. Built in 1985, it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,460 square feet of living space. The home previously sold in 1999 for $119,000.

Volodymyr and Nataliya Bolshakov, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 13 Fayy Lane to Denzel and Deborah Cremeans, of Palm Coast, for $235,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 2,119 square feet of living space. The home previously sold in 2005 for $72,000.

Federal National Mortgage, of Dallas, sold the home at 14 Fernon Lane to Michelle Paige, of Palm Coast, for $175,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, three bathrooms and 2,319 square feet of living space. The home previously sold in 2005 for $252,200.

PINE LAKES

Donald Williams, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 82 Wheatfield Drive to Antonio and Maria Paredes, of Newark, New Jersey, for $160,000. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,864 square feet of living space.

QUAIL HOLLOW

Mary Myers, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 10 Katrina Place to Corinne and Trevor Fisher, of Palm Coast, for $159,900. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,319 square feet of living space. The home previously sold in 2001 for $107,000.

SEMINOLE WOODS

David and Kelly Mullen, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 10 Seaton Valley Path to Hector Rivera, of Palm Coast, for $147,500. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,368 square feet of living space. It previously sold in 2011 for $85,000.
