An Ormond Beach man was arrested Saturday night after a Flagler Beach police officer saw him walking naked on the Flagler Beach boardwalk, according to a report.

Marty R. Parrish, 52, of Ormond Beach, was arrested around 9 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 22, after a Flagler Beach police officer saw him walking on the boardwalk “completely naked wearing nothing besides a hat on his head,” the report states.

According to the officer, Parrish was “making no attempt to cover or conceal (himself).”

Parrish was walking directly across from the 7-11, which was open for business. The officer wrote in the report that there were women, children and elderly people in the area.

“He was also adjacent to Fishermen’s Net restauarant, where he could be seen from the windows by patrons,” the report states.

Although no witnesses offered statements, Parrish was recorded by an in-car camera, which will be submitted as evidence, the report states.

Parrish was transported to the Flagler County Inmate Facility on a charge of indecent exposure and was later released after posting $500 bail.
