Christiana Trust, a division of Wilmington Savings Fund Society, of Houston, sold the home at 133 Island Estates Parkway to Corbin Norman, of Madisonville, Louisiana for $785,000. Built in 2005, it has six bedrooms, six bathrooms and 4,909 square feet of living space. The home previously sold in 2005 for $1,725,000.

Frank and Tanya Minichiello, of Lynnfield, Massachusetts, sold the home at 1115 N. Central Ave. to Micahel and Cathy Courson, of Palm Coast, for $350,000. Built in 1990, it has three bedrooms, three bathrooms and 2,814 square feet of living space. The home previously sold in 2014 for $379,000.

James and Ramona Eppes, of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 91 Waterside Parkway W. to Earl Buchanan, Jr., of Palm Coast, for $190,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,647 square feet of living space. The home previously sold in 2010 for $160,000.
