The top real estate transaction for Jan. 19 through March 22 is a house on the Matanzas River in the Island Estates neighborhood. Herbert and Patricia Ligon sold 74 Island Estates Parkway to Mark and Carla King, of Palm Coast, for $1,025,000. Built in 1996, the house has three bedrooms, four baths, a boat dock, boat house, swimming pool, fireplace and 4,586 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $1,330,000.

 

Condos

Joseph and Alison Rudolf, of Flourtown, Pennsylvania, sold 200 Ocean Crest Drive, Unit 116, to David and Jinan Duncan, of Monroeville, Pennsylvania, for $345,000. Built in 2003, the condo has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,676 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $663,000.

 

Hammock Beach

Nora Gueren, of Palm Coast, sold 76 Hammock Beach Circle to Dean Tannenbaum, of Palm Coast, for $777,000. Built in 2006, the house has four bedrooms, 4.5 baths, a swimming pool, elevator and 5,079 square feet.

 

La Costa Partners LLC, of Palm Coast, sold 9 Oak View Circle E. to Todd and Elaine Deehi, of Palm Coast, for $579,000. Built in 2003, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool, fireplace and 3,165 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $590,100.

 

SunTrust Bank, of Atlanta, sold 200 Ocean Crest Drive, Unit 506, to Patricia Kennedy Revocable Living Trust, of Parkland, for $368,000. Built in 2003, the condo has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,676 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $1,075,000.

 

Hammock Dunes

Ellen Harper and Federico Grosso, individually and as trustees, sold 11 Anastasia Court to Jeffrey Mailier and Sylvia Lacey, as trustees, for $555,000. Built in 1993, the house has three bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a swimming pool, fireplace and 3,261 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $780,000.

 

S&B Properties Group LLC, of Palm Coast, sold 99 Wellwood Lane to Mark and Agnese Spicer, of Palm Coast, for $455,000. Built in 1991, the house has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,724 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $88,100.

 

Francis and Sharon Wanat, of Palm Coast, sold 12 Marbella Court to Paul and Nina Dibartolo, of Palm Coast, for $425,000. Built in 1994, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool, fireplace and 2,093 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $330,000.

 

Richard and Barbara Cooledge, individually and as trustees, sold 15 Avenue de la Mer, Unit 2201, to Elizabeth Thomas, of Palm Coast, for $420,000. Built in 1996, the condo has three bedrooms, 3.5 baths and 2,387 square feet. It sold in 1996 for $340,500.

 

James Davis, of Uniontown, Pennsylvania, sold 130 Avenue de la Mer, Unit 1601, to Kenneth and Ursula Kemp, of Palm Coast, for $350,000. Built in 2006, the condo has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,014 square feet.

 

Thomas and Mary Ann Richason, of Austin, Texas, sold 6 Via Capri to Karl Brown, of Palm Coast, for $300,000. Built in 1997, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,927 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $318,000.

 

Malay and Pragnesh Desai, individually and as trustees, sold 11 Avenue de la Mer, Unit 1306, to Cedar Ridge Plaza LLC, of Asheville, North Carolina, for $275,000. Built in 1992, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,490 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $435,000.

Stefan and Saby Tucker, of Palm Coast, sold 96 Boulder Rock Drive to Pranav and Bhumika Shah, of Ormond Beach, for $171,000. Built in 2005, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,090 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $285,000.

 

Ocean Hammock

Kenneth and Ursula Kemp, individually and as trustees, sold 17 Atlantic Place to Shari Taylor, of Palm Coast, for $488,500. Built in 2004, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a swimming pool, fireplace and 2,362 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $390,000.

 

Yacht Harbor Village

Gloria and Robert Delisa, of Flagler Beach, sold 102 Yacht Harbor Drive, Unit 178, to Richard Watkins and Janice Lostutter, of Palm Coast, for $212,000. Built in 2006, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,351 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $572,300.
