Cedar Island

Lawrence Greenberg, of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 2590 Palm Ave. to Michael and Debbie Balluff, of Palm Coast, for $775,000. Built in 2013, it has five bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms and 5,118 square feet of living area.

Grand Haven

Nicholas and Kelli Jebbia, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 37 Osprey Circle to Edward and Torea Long, of Wilmington, North Carolina, for $409,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a fireplace and 2,694 square feet of living area. Previously sold in 2012 for $365,000.

Ashby and Nancy Richards, of Brunswick, Maine, sold the home at 50 Oak View Circle to Roger and April Koehler, of Palm Coast, for $560,800. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a swimming pool and 2,655 square feet of living area.

Hidden Lakes

D.R. Horton Inc., of St. Johns, sold the home at 53 Auberry Drive to Michael and Yamila Cordova, of Palm Coast, for $234,990. Built in 2015, it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,847 square feet of living area.

Indian Trails

Andrea and John Tosi, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 25 Bird of Paradise to a Florida Limited Liability Company, of Ridgefield, Connecticut, for $180,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, three bathrooms and 2,420 square feet of living area. Originally sold in 2005 for $288,600.

Maronda Homes Inc., of Jacksonville, sold the home at 64 Bruce Lane to Shawn and Eve Moksnes, of Palm Coast, for $183,000. Built in 2015, it has four bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,972 square feet of living area.

Gary and Norma Allen, of Greenbackville, Virginia, sold the home at 11 Butternut Drive to Thomas and Dawn Barry, of Palm Coast, for $175,000. Built in 1997, it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a swimming pool and 1,499 square feet of living area. Previously sold in 2004 for $151,000.

Chrispother Wojton, of Lake Mary, sold the home at 19 Renmont Place to Lisa Hanson, of Logan, West Virginia, for $82,000. Built in 1994, it has two bedrooms, one bathroom and 875 square feet of living area. Originally sold in 1994 for $49,500.

William McDonagh, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 30 Riverwalk Drive S. to Grigory and Alla Gofman, of Palm Coast, for $290,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fireplace and 2,195 square feet of living area. Previously sold in 2013 for $299,000.

Alicia Moore, of Charlotte, North Carolina, sold the home at 10 Wendover Lane to Robert Whalen and Pegge Shepard, of Hyde Park, Vermont, for $105,500. Built in 1984, it has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,226 square feet of living area. Previously sold in 1986 for $62,000.

Steven Thomas and Bruce Garrison, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 15 Blare Castle Drive to Larry and Shirley Legge, of Palm Coast, for $125,000. Built in 1981, it has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fireplace and 1,258 square feet of living area. Previously sold in 2001 for $75,000.

FLAGLER COUNTY

Wilmington Trust, of Salt Lake City, Utah, sold the home at 147 Bird of Paradise Drive to Kenneth Floyd and Erin Thorpe, of Palm Coast, for $128,100. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,910 square feet of living area. Previously sold in 2004 for $153,000.

Cindy Routly, of St. Augustine, sold the home at 21 Ocean St. to Janice Koppell and Christa Vlaun, of Palm Coast, for $252,000. Built in 1987, it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a storage building, fireplace and 1,412 square feet of living area. Previously sold in 1990 for $85,000.
